Just loved the mosaic tables sofas etc.

Loved this quirky little cafe in Acacia Bay. Every time we go to Taupo we always visit there. Not a large choice on the menu. But it is good

This gallery/cafe is about 15 minutes out of town but well worth the drive. Amazing mosaics in the lovely garden. We were there on a Saturday for brunch and there was a musician singing in the garden. Interesting range of garden art and sculptures for sale as well as other decor and craft items. Brunch was ok but not amazing.... More

Lovely place to go to. Very nice grounds with lots of great art to look at. Friendly staff and good food. Only minor thing is no chips for the kids (and big kids) available. We have taken a number of out of town visitors and it is always well liked.

We visited the gallery and cafe on a very cold, wet day. Service was a bit slow considering the few diners but the staff were friendly. I had the bacon and egg crust less pie but it was too salty for my taste. The coffee was good as was our shared healthy slice.

L'arte cafe has been a favourite of ours for years and I really thought I had written a review about it before this. It is great, consistently good food and fantastic surroundings. Great staff who seem to improve each time we visit. The gallery attached is fantastic also and worth a visit even if you do not plan to eat... More

Went for breakfast and wasn't disappointed. Eggs Benedict with mustard sauce was devine. Coffee delicious too. Also really nice to mooch around the mosaic garden & shop afterwards.

Mosaic garden is a sight to behold, even before you get into the cafe. Look for the hammerhead shark! My butter chicken pie was very tasty, and the service from the young lad on school holidays was impeccable! Thanks team!

Above Acacia Bay and up a mosaiced entrance this cafe is worth a visit if only to admire the mosaics and artwork adorning the outside area and up to the adjoining little craft shop. A popular spot with parking tho this can be problematical at peak times in Summer. Great coffee and interesting assortment of food.

Lovely quiet café in a nice country setting, not far from Taupo. Loved the slightly different spin on the classic Egg's Benedict. Nice place to visit.
