Brilliant experience and food

Getting to know Maori culture in its natural setting is quite different from what I experienced before. The food is among the best you can find in NZ.

We got to the area where we were to experience the concert which was fabulous but a lot shorter than that experienced by our friends. After the show they... More

It's just of you visit another world, and the take you and learn you about it with passion and love for it! It was a amazing experience. I don't know if it's worth the money, i think it's a little bit to much, and the food was OK not special.

This one of our cruise excursions and it was one of the highlights of the trip. We enjoyed the whole adventure. It was our first time in New Zealand, and this was a history lesson come to life. We enjoyed the "dancing", the chants, the music and the food was great. We would go back again.

I just loved the whole Tamaki experience. We were picked up from the hotel by a very entertaining and informative driver (Darren) who drove us to this beautiful setting in the bush where we were greeted and entertained for about 2 hours. We were then fed a traditional Hangi which was delicious. A wonderful evening thoroughly enjoyed. Look forward to... More

We drove down to Rotorua from Auckland with 2 of our friends, 4 of us in total. Tamaki Brothers was reccommended to me by a work colleague so we decided to give it a visit and we weren't disappointed. We arrived at the offices and collected by Dennis on the Weka bus. This was the start of a great night.... More

nice place to learn amout Maories, but it's too expensive, the food is not so tasty The Maory's desert is a Pavlova cake.... They forced us to use their transportation, because "there is no parking lot at the site" (we have seen some place to park .....

This is a great place for a family fun night, they star with a theatrical representation of the Maori Warriors, then via a very well organized tour, they take you thru interactive “stations” were locals show the different traditional aspects of the Maoris. Then a nice Dance/Music representation to end up in a great traditional dinner. Lots of fun! Bring... More
