Organised for my holiday programme to go paddle boarding and the kids had the best time. Denise is a great instructor and gave the kids really good instructions. Kids are keen to do it again when the weather is a bit warmer so will definitely been adding this to one of my summer holiday programmes. Highly recommend!!!

I took my Year 12 Physical Education class to Rotorua for their camp and used Rotorua Paddle Tours as one of the activities. This was such a great activity and Denise and her team were fantastic. Rotorua Paddle Tours were so accommodating of our needs and requests which made for a fantastic time and experience. They were great with the... More

Thank you Denise for a lovely morning on Lake Rotorua and the channel. Denise is a very clear teacher and we were all up and comfortable on the boards in no time. It was actually easier than I expected. The weather was great for us - clear with very little wind. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the time... More

Unfortunately we were unable to take part in this activity due to the weather - it was too windy. This, of course, is not the company's fault, but the terrible communication from day 1 did put a real dampner on our stay in Rotorua. I first contacted Denise in November to book my husband and I a place on a... More

Firstly we apologize for your bad experience and that you found our commnication so bad. We are a seasonal business and our aim is to take every tour booked, weekends do not make a difference to a seasonal business so this was not a issue. We do have a freephone number which can be used at any time as another... More

Denise and Rotorua Paddle Tours are excellent. Denise is a very good teacher and she has you standing up with confidence in no time. The scenery is lovely and paddling is good fun. The time flew by -- I could have stayed out all day. Thank you Denise for a wonderful experience; I want to buy my own SUP now!

This was our first paddle experience and me and my boyfriend we loved it! Denise was a perfect instructor: we learned quick how to use the board and the paddle and she explained us everything about the nature. It's not cheap but it is worth the price! Thanks again!

Four of us joined the river tour a few weeks ago and every member of our group loved it. Our instructor Denise was great at making us feel confident on the boards, and we were paddling in no time. It was a great opportunity to get outside and see the lakes of Rotorua from a different angle, and the tour... More
