hey can you beat driving around Rotorua in an amphibious, world war II vehicle, blasting people with your "quackers", and then at any moment driving right into a lake, just great fun, you gotta do the "Duck Tour" especially if you have kids, they will be smiling from ear to ear.

This novel experience was a great way to see the sights of Rotorua, learn a lot from Grant, our very informative and knowledgeable driver, not only about Rotorua and its history, but also about the Duck itself and its history, and being able to be a big kid and quack on our quackers out the windows at all passersby. We... More

Had a fabulous tour aboard the Duck, Grant the tour operator was really neat, had us in hysterics on the trip. I would recommend the tour to all tourists going to Rotorua. The scenery was beautiful even on the day we went, it was a little cool but the scenery and laughs aboard took our minds off that. Great trip... More

Great way to see a bit of Rotorua, Trevor was friendly, funny and very knowledgable about the area and the history. worthwhile even if like us you visit Rotorua often and know the area. These sort of operations are great for Rotorua and NZ tourism.

Driving down Fenton St on a gusty Monday afternoon & looking to make fab memories for grandsons [4 & 2 years old] when they spotted the 'Banana' boat! Took them out the next day with Grant where they had a terrific time quacking at every opportunity. Their faces when we hit the water was priceless! Will take them again when... More

Friendly, informative guide and just the right length of time. A great way to see the lakes outside the township of Rotorua. We have always had to pay for our 'quackers' in other countries; so it was nice to have these included

What a fun way to see a snippet of Rotorua. Something we realised as we took the tour on our last day there, is that it would be a far more beneficial adventure to take at the start of you time in Rotorua. Grants commentary was interesting and light hearted with many many laughs along the way. His knowledge about... More

Funny, friendly guides take you through Rotarua township, giving information about the town, history, Lake Rotarua and the thermal activity in the area. You then travel to the Lakes where you go into the Lakes, more sights and history along the way, but most of all laughter the whole way! Everyone on board gets a 'duck' whistle/blower, hysterical. I loved... More

We really had a good time on the tour, able to experience the sights in a different way. Special mention to Grant, we enjoyed the duck out of his tour!
