This Duck ride is well worth it. SO much fun with a good driver like Austin, that we were lucky enough to get. He made our trip SO interesting. Not a thing he doesn't know about the area and very entertaining as well. The transfer from road to water is fun and the lakes are so pretty to cruise around.... More

Beautiful weather and two of the friendliest guys going around. A great day learning about Rotorua and New Zealand in the very capable hands of our two guides (conDUCKtors) Shaun and Austin. Thanks for a great day.

Unique experience to explore Rotorua in a WW2 era "amphibious truck" . The guide (Austin) was awesome and his knowledge about Rotorua impressed us! And most importantly we got to have a go at driving it on the lake! Definitely would recommend to anyone travelling to Rotorua! Quack quack...

We took the 90 minute city and lake tour in the morning. Our guide/driver was Austin, who was knowledgeable and informative in the history of the area and it's geology. Several people got to drive the duck on the blue lake, which was fun especially for a young boy who hooked the horn a lot. Overall the tour was fun,... More

This was a great way to see and learn about Rotorua and its surrounding lakes. Our driver (Austin?) was very funny but also provided lots of interesting information about Rotorua and the duck boat. We went in three lakes- it was pretty cold in July but there were blankets provided.

We really enjoyed our "Duck Tour of the Lakes" with a friendly and informative driver. A little off the beaten track and something a bit different which appealed.

A great trip with a very informative and amusing driver. My 4 year old (who loves buses) absolutely loved it especially when he was able to get behind the wheel.

We learnt very little about Rotorua and far too much about the vehicle we were in. Not an informative tour with very little sight seeing except for the 3 lakes. We hoped to see more of the thermal springs and Maori history. Learnt a lot about local real estate too. A very poor tour, the only upside was the driver... More

This was included in our EF tour and I am so glad it was. This was a great way to see the city and surrounding lakes of Rotorua. We were there in June (winter) and even though it was a cool ride, we loved it. Our driver was really good and added so much to the tour also.

Our duck boat driver, Grant, is what made this experience. He was funny and knowledge and absolutely entertaining. It was a great way to see some of the sites. Also, since it was cold, they brought blankets for the girls in our group who got cold.
