We Cruise for around 40 minutes along our local island coastline & up a meandering river that in days gone by sailing ships used to load up Kauri Logs. Guests now transfer to kayaks so they can explore up close, paddle through mangrove forests or photograph a colony of sea birds that nest in trees hanging over the river, Then onto our final destination where a waterfall drops into the sea. At the waterfall the fun & adrenaline starts, even first timers can safely experience paddling in foaming whitewater & even under the waterfall itself! Our 7 Points of Difference:* Extreme Value* Safer, Boat on hand*More time for kayaking*Rest when you or your family want*Fast Sit on Kayaks that don't Trap you*Sit on kayaks allow you to go under the Waterfalls*Night Kayaking & Waterfalls is a brilliant NZ Experience!

The kayak tour to the waterfall was really good. We where allowed to do almost everything.. We went under the waterfall, and it was amazing. Some went swimming and playing in the warm water. And the crew was so funny, they where a big factor to why the kayak tour was so funny. :D Unfortunately we waited over an hour... More

My 14 year old teenage son and I did the daytime cruise and kayak. Ben dropped us in the water downstream from the falls and we kayaked right up to them. Then the fun started. Despite me not wanting to go into the falls or too close, I didn't have much choice because my teenage son was stronger than me!... More

This is the best way to see the falls. The evening was tailored to different levels of fitness and thrillseeking. We had a great evening and would recommend this evening to anyone looking for a fun night, good company and fun memories of the Bay of Islands.

Just did the evening paddle a matter of minutes ago, and loved everything about it, from paddling under the falls, to the sunset, to the pumpkin soup. The guys were easygoing and friendly, and made the whole thing a blast. Thoroughly recommend.

We went on the 4:00pm kayak out to the waterfall with Taylor and Kelly and had so much fun! First, Taylor is just a wonderful guide and you can tell that he's so passionate about what he does and so sincerely interested in connecting with everyone on the tour. The tour itself is very easy and straightforward: take the boat... More

My sister and I had a most enjoyable time on this cruise. Our host was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the sights are amazing. Best value among all the kayak tour providers we've researched in the area. Would definitely love to go again!

From start to finish Taylor, Ruby and Kelly were all friendly helpful and a great sense of humour. Very social trip that my partner and I throughly enjoyed even though we have never kayaked before. Great views, company and the warm pumpkin soup at the end was a great touch. Recommend to everyone of any age. A must do

Taylor (the owner and guide) was so welcoming. He and his wife started this tour and they have totally nailed every aspect of what anyone could possibly want from a kayak tour. We had fun and laughs from the off, this really is a great experience bought to you by a genuine kiwi local who even gave me his rubber... More

I had a great time on this kayak trip. The hosts Taylor and Kelly were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and had great senses of humour. I have slight mobility issues and they were very happy to accommodate me. The trip itself was on a scenic river with native NZ birds and trees. The highlight was the beautiful Haruru falls and...
