First dived with Craig and the team three years ago in the wonderful Bay of Islands taking a group up , all mainly new bies and they were so helpful, the guys got to dive the Canterbury and had the most mind blowing dive with Craig. Now we go up there regularly twice in 2014, looking forward to visiting again... More

You know you're going to have fun when you go diving, but with this company, I felt also exceptionally safe and prepared (always a good feeling when you're going on a deep dive). Diving the Rainbow Warrior and a nearby reef were surreal. Lunch was wonderful and the dive staff team were fun! When we arrived back at the dive... More

Found Paihia Dive's contact details online and booked a dive on the Rainbow Warrior - the Greenpeace ship bombed by French foreign intelligence agents Dominique Prieur and Alain Mafart in 1985. The dive site is wonderful - full of sealife and not too deep - 18-27 metres. The Owner of Paihia Dive - Craig - and an employee - Stu... More

This was a magical experience. I dove in open water for the first time and with the most incredible people! The staff of Paihia Dive are all amazing. They make sure you are safe, but they also made sure we got to see some incredible things on our dives. I expected to just do our PADI skills, but we actually... More

Had an awesome weekend with the guys at Paihia Dive doing my advanced course. All the staff and crew were very friendly and obviously love what they're doing. This goes a long way when they have such a passion for diving and their enthusiasm was instantly transfered to everyone of us that joined them. We visited some amazing sites- including... More

I did my Advanced Open Water Diver course with Paihia Dive and it was amazing! The highlight of my trip to the Bay of Islands. Five dives over two days with an AWESOME Dive Crew. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. The dive sites were spectacular. The two wreck dives were amazing, some of my favorite dives ever. Also, worth... More

We did the Introductory dive with Ben, Alice and Tony as instructors. They were very nice got us our gear for the day and we went out on a wonderful sunny day. We went through all the general and safety procedures and they explained how the day would work as on the same boat were other more advanced divers. The... More

Me and my boyfriend did our certified sea dives here via the referral process and were very impressed with the staff and standard of teaching. We were lucky to have a small group and our instructor Alice was very knowledgeable and professional. We booked last minute and were very well accommodated. It was more money than we initially expected but... More
