It is on Link road and worth the stop. Very nice chocolate, top end but seconds are also available. I am taking it home to enjoy at my leisure.

Loved the Chocolate factory had morning tea there and then came back for lunch after visiting other places. The food was great - being fresh, in reasonable quanties and suitable prices. I would recommend that if you are buying chocolates for the people you stay with, that you have small boxes for wrapping - the shop wraps in small paper...

During our recent trip through Napier we stopped at the Silky Oak Chocolate Factory. Upon entering the chocolate shop, we were met by a lovely lady who greeted us as if friends and proceeded to ply us with sample chocolates.... needless to say we accepted graciously and brought a number of items 'for the road' and for friends and family....

Not only was I taken in by the chocolate ( I'll never forget the aroma in the shop) but the food/coffee on offer at the adjoining Cafe was also blissful. Staff were happy and very obliging. Also a souvenir shop and chocolate museum which...

What a beautiful location, I was SO looking 4ward 2 sharing this treat with friends. Firstly our 14 year old poodle was evicted because the restaurant could b charged $5,000 if an inspector saw our dog. My husband & I said we were happy 2 pay the fine.
