Worth a visit for all ages - although disappointed that the sea horses were not on display during our visit.

What a great experience the sharks floating above you in the tunnel was awesome. Loved the Penguin feeding and the fact that some are blind most are rescues and they know just when the food is coming. Great souvenir shop with great prices

We loved the aquarium, because you see creatures up close that you never usually see, especially the turtle and octopus. Very well laid out and informing. Worth visiting.

Great for a rainy day. Lots of old technology with quite a fewthings to try. A fascinating view of historical technology both electric and mechanical.

The shark tank is easily viewed from the moving sidewalk and, if you can, make a point of being their for feeding time. If you have time, the Blue Penguin exhibit is fun. Also, there is a nocturnal Kiwi exhibit. You have very little chance of seeing them in the wild.

Really enjoyed our visit. A great diversity of exhibits, helpful & friendly staff, nice ambience. Some visiting school children were really taken with the entertainment provided by the diver feeding the fish :-)

This museum cost the two of us $40 to go in. I think it was a bit "steep" for what we saw. The highlight is a large walk-through aquarium at the end of the exhibits. There is also a penguin rescue exhibit. There is a cafe and gift shop there as well. I think that I enjoyed the walk there... More

We just got there for the shark feeding and were amazed at the bravery of the diver and in awe of sighting sharks so close up. We also saw and enthralled with the large stingrays and manta rays that dwarfed the sharks and the diver nearby. Afterwards we carried our excitement and first impressions to the other exhibitions and looked... More

All the kids had a great time, they were all kept very busy, the diver was very entertaining. Thanks Brenda for your help with organising the party. Sarah Napier

For an aquarium I was disappoint, after paying $20 dollars each what was there to see? A few penguins who were too shy to come out and the Sharks being fed.. We expected more. Save this poor place.
