Although I'm a local, I know little about maintaining my bike and choosing accessories etc.However I do know what great customer service looks like and the staff at Cycle Auckland are so friendly and knowledgeable they exemplify this. I would recommend this business to locals and visitors alike.

This review is so very long overdue. We visited Cycle Auckland in May of 2011, but the experience is still very fresh in my mind. We had the best time ever on a tandem bike. The bikes are in great condition, very well maintained. Megan was great. I only wish we had had more time to spend there.
