where else but in Caversham that you can pat a kangaroo, close up with a koala and sit next to a wombat or even maybe carry one in your arms. Drive towards Midland from South Perth and follow the directions towards Swan Valley and there will directions to Caversham. Please take note that Caversham is in Whiteman Park. When you... more

My friend had her medieval style wedding here in summer'07. Driving there you would never guess that hidden away are the castle like building and grounds, including the secret gardens, 3 tiered limestone steps and waterfall. Absolutely magical and perfect setting, especially for the medieval theme. The grounds back onto the river and I believe it is possible to visit... more
