Historic gardens

Worth a stroll. Lovely landscaping, nice lawn, gardens & sculptures. Great place to take a short break with a picnic lunch. Relatively central city.

Weather permitting get a local take way coffee from London court cafe and maybe a sandwich, soak up the sun, sit if your coat and enjoy this little oasis. Trees so huge. Manicured gardens, beautiful flowers and so close to the River. Again a must see, a must do.

Sitting in the park - near Council House - Kanagaroo statues out the front and then you meander through these perfectly maintained gardens - not matter rain or shine it is worth the visit - I go to sit on the lawns and just feel the serentiy. Small intimate gardents - the Supreme COurt is an outstandingly beautiful building and... More

It's really strange for an Italian to see a Supreme Court with such gardens, publicly and free enjoyable, with public toilet and ... many many flowers and plants

We wandered through the gardens en route to taking a cruise with Captain Cook (cruise company that is) down to Fremantle and back. Gardens full of colour, well tended, students in groups sketching, people just sitting on the grass, strolling about, generally relaxing. The downside is that there are major construction works taking place just over the way, so the... More

Taking a break from work at lunch I can see this place being a real asset to the people that work in town. If you don't want to walk the streets at lunch time, take your lunch here. It is very relaxing and stress free being surrounded by the perfect garden. Actually it would be hard to go back to... More

Took some pictures in the park but my favourite is still the Kings Park. Close to the Swan Bell Tower.

A nice walk thru, getting to the Swan RIver and/or Bell Tower, beautiful grounds, and landscape. Wouldn't imagine a court house would be sitting in such a lavish area.

Lovely gardens and lawns. Take a book and unwind. Close to the Jetty for catching the boats or taking a river cruise.

Beautiful gardens in the centre of Perth, an oasis in the centre of the CBT. Perfect for enjoying a sandwich in the sun away from the hustle and bustle.
