I was around the place and not realized that I am a few steps to this famous cathedral. The facade is not so interesting but out of curiosity, I entered the church and I was so amazed and fascinated of its interior. With the high ceiling and wonderful architectural design, you can feel serenity. The surrounding area is also nice... More

When on holiday, we always say "no more churches or museums" but somehow always end up in one or the other. And generally pleased we make the effort. This was no exception. From the beautiful architecture to the stained glass windows and the pure joy of being able to sit at peace and soak it all in...worth a visit.

What made this church so different from others was the use of brickwork inside - instead of the usual stonework. The whole place had a much more homely and friendly feel to it than some of those huge gothic cathedrals. We were shown round by a very pleasant lady and it was a very enjoyable visit.

I usually only visit the cathedral when they're running events there, but it seems that no matter what time of the day or night it's open I still feel awestruck. From the way that the light hits the glass panels to the little details that you only notice after a few visits, this is one of my favourite Perth attractions.

The Cathedral is an amazing space and I love the history and the juxtaposition of the modern sculpture and the old building. Best of all was a wonderful new play by Davilia O'Connor (great grand daughter of CY O'Connor) and an inspiring medieval woman of whom I knew nothing until this play.

This is a very attractive, somewhat inconspicous building that merits a quick look. The volunteers, there to welcome visitors, are friendly and knowledgeable.

The Cathedral is a beautiful building displaying within magnificent workmanship. The exterior does not give any indication to the spendeur within. Take the time to reflect in silence or marvel at the stoneworh and magnificent roof timbers.

This is in main St George's Terrace. It is a fine piece of architecture and worth a visit. It would be better appreciated on a Sunday morning when the Cathedral choir is superb. The whole precinct is being developed so will become a feature in the near future.

I spent morning time taking pictures of this old anglican church located just in the center of Perth CBD, the old architectures, the bells, just so fascinating to see. would love to have some eucharist inside, but i was running out of time, so I just enjoyed the building architecture from outside and thats already a great experience.
