Is not like there are any attractions here. So if you want a view over the city go to Kings Park. Not much around the parliament so don't see the point in coming.

Of course any seat of government holds an attraction and perhaps the best feature of this building is the excellent outlook over the city. Take the time to walk over the road and visit the union memorial to fallen workers. Its very small but for any blue collar worker a must visit.

Our Parliament house is special as it is part of the history of Western Australia. However, I would like to see it updated in some way or the grounds rejuvinated. The Parliament building looks tired and run down.

The only reason I visit Parliament House is to protest the myriad of poor decisions made that directly affect my welfare and countless others that have fallen victim to stuffed shirt old boys club arrogant decisions that supposedly have our best interests at hand. Help us all.

This is part of WA, both historically and curently. See the history of past parliaments and observe current activities. Meals are available if you book.

The classic architecture of the buildings give a sense of dignity to the seat of government in WA. The one truly unique feature of this parliament house is the view - right above the city of Perth and fantastic views of the activity in the city streets.

Parliament House is a greta place to visit to really get to understand the history of Western Australia. Experienced guides will show visitors around, into areas that only they can get to. If you are lucky you might even get to see laws being enacted by current day politicians.

Well worth a visit. See the stained glass in both houses, it's exquisite. You can visit it on the way to see King's Park.
