This is an amzing building. The renovations and extensions are not to my style but I understand that it is better to complement a building rather than try and replicate it. The gardens around the Cathedral are a pleasure as well.

Pretty ordinary exterior (well, I'm comparing it with the awesome structures of European cathedrals so it is unfair?), with beautiful interior. Very quiet and peaceful during the time I visited, just the way churches should be :-)

Beautiful cathedral. Lovely pipe organ. Has a nice feel about the place. Gets very hot in the late afternoon during the summer. Sit away from windows or you will roast.

A peaceful haven from the hot sun. The sculpture outside is also worth a few minutes of contemplation.

We visited this beautiful Cathedral and attended a service. The building has a combination of old and new. Very modern interior, tastefully done, one can spend quiet time when there is no service on. Welcoming place.

Beautiful Cathedral. Had a huge facelift and now is an architectural delight. The grounds surrounding it are nice, neat, clean. One of Perths finest Churches. Heritage building and lovingly restored.

Had the best tour with Carol she explained the history of the church. Well worth going to visit and even had the pleasure of listening to the organ being played as part of the tour.

When looking at the church, there are 3 distinct sections. There's one end which is the original section, the other end with a newer, yet still old, section, and then it's all joined in the middle by a very new section (2009). So if you're looking for something entirely old, you won't find it here. It's interesting to see the... More

The outside looks very traditional and old European. Inside however the decor is more modern with comfortable seating and brightly lighted areas. The acoustics are good and the windows beautiful
