should be the showcase of west Australian beaches but sadly not enough facilities for all to enjoy. views from all restaurants and cafe's second to none but you will pay for it. unfortunately there isn't enough competition for all to fit in and afford the experience. great swimming and sunset views , be early to find a parking spot More

Sandy beach that goes on for miles - watch out for the small jellyfish in the water but the beach is patrolled by the lifesaver crew. There is a section between this and City Beach that is a nudist beach so watch out. More

Great swimming and surfing beach. The shops and surrounding area have been neglected by the local council in recent years so it is starting to look run down. However, this is still Perth's premiere beach along side Cottesloe Beach. More

Beautiful long white sandy beach so close to the city. We went on Sunday and although it was a beautiful day the beach was so big that there is plenty of room for everybody to spread and out and feel that you have plenty of privacy.Enough waves for the surfers but safe enough for swimming. More

You can sit a while and watched the surfers trying to catch a few waves while having breakfast upstairs at Jimmy Deans. Its a great beach to walk along and enjoy the fresh air and the sunshine. Familes and kids can play in the kids park on the grassed area and there a plently of cafes and shops nearby for... More
