This park is large to explore by foot and has a number of small parks within it. Lovely views of the city and some affordable cafes and kiosks for families. The outdoor cinemas in summer make for a good night under the stars with a picnic and friends. Relaxing afternoon out.

No visit to Perth is complete without a visit to Kings Park. To view the city and river from the War Memorial has to be the best - doesn't matter if it is night or day - the view is amazing. There are many walks around the park through bushland and manicured gardens and everything in between. The children's playground... More

Where else in the world can you almost grab a city in your hands? Look at it like it was a ant hive below you. Well this is the experience you get from Kings Park looking over the Perth CBD. Breathtaking is a word to describe it.along with the park itself and the Remembrance drive, with all the trees names after... More

Kings Park is practically obligatory for all visitors. I am a resident myself and I take all my out-of-state and international visitors there. Great view of the city and stunning views of our Swam river. The botanic gardens and the tree top walk are OK and you should see/do them while you are there, but I would not go there... More

A panoramic of the Swan River and a wonderful tribute to the fallen soldiers who fought in various wars. It is a wonderful place for people to experience the wide variety of manicured lawns and the natural bush lands of Western Australia especially in Spring when the wildflowers are in bloom. There are many playgrounds for children in particular the... More
