Kings Park Memorial is in the centre of the city and has the best views in Perth overlooking the Swan River. This is a very emotional and symbolic site to remember those who lost their lives fighting for our country. A must do when visiting KingsPark. More

The setting for the war memorial is just right and there are plenty of places to sit and reflect and pay your respects. More

The children run around looking for names they recognise. They don't see the tragedy behind those names. This is a special place for contemplating what so many sacrificed for us. It overlooks the best views of Perth and deservedly so. A place every person should visit. More

The view to Perth from here is well worth the traffic and people. Unfortunately quiet reflection is difficult on the weekend with lots of people and the whispering wall doesnt work too well if there are lots of people sitting chatting on the benches. More

This is the best place for a view of the city but every April and November it becomes a place of reflection for the fallen soldiers. Reflect and relax. More

Simply the best views in the metro area. Lots of trails and bush walks and a great park to ride a bike around or have a picnic. More

Perth's War Memorial is set in the beautiful Kings Park. There are Memorials for each War and the Eternal Flame is surrounded with colourful flowers. Very well set out and makes for good photos. More
