Kings Park War Memorial is located after the end of Fraser Avenue, overlooking the Swan River. It's a beautiful memorial and well worth visiting whilst in Kings Park.

If you come to Perth then you must go to Kings Park and visit the war memorial. Australians take their history seriously. The entire area of Kings Park is truly amazing. The gardens are always well maintained and people are friendly. Parking can be a problem.

As with most of our holidays we try to pay our respects to the fallen in past and present wars. The local of this memorial looks out over the Swan River and it is a true and fitting location to the memories of the fallen.

The War Memorial lay out at Kings Park is a very moving tribute to our men and women who went to war. It is well presented and attractive, with an eternal flame and worth some quiet reflection.

During a visit to the "Kings Park and Botanic Gardens" it's hard not to visit the War Memorial which is beautifully kept and respectful and well worth a study!
