Roebuck Bay like other locations in Broome is beautiful from the air and from the shore. Unfortunately we didn't get to experience sailing the bay.

Whether you go to the cafe there or take a picnic, it's a good spot to lunch and there always seems to be a sea breeze to cool you down if it's hot.

The bay is an amazing place - the tides are incredible in themselves and vary greatly. There can be a slight smell at certain times of the tide and the bugs do bite but that is to be expected and you just get used to it

Roebuck Bay is beautiful. The colour of the water is aquamarine and just so peaceful. Several resorts are on the edge and have majestic views over the bay so forget Cable Beach stay at one with Roebuck Bay views, well worth it.

Mangroves and turquoise waters on red earth. Its a spectacular view, but I wouldn't be keen for a swim on this side of things!

The rust coloured sands of Roebuck Bay make a start contrast to the pure white sands of Cable Beach set against the aqua waters of the Indian Ocean. A must see

Breath takingly beautiful. Crystal clear azure waters, lush green mangroves contrasted by red ochre earth - heaven!

Just spent a week in Broome. Stayed over Cable Beach side but only went to Cable Beach twice. Once for a sunset bbq on the beach and a camel ride. All the other times we were at or around Roebuck Bay. There isn't really much going on at Cable Beach.
