Walked this beautiful beach with friends just before sunset and only saw a few other people. A little off the tourist track, but it has a lot of rocks to climb over, if you are feeling energetic, beautiful rock cliff faces, white sand, little hermit crabs burrowing in for the night.....This is the first time I have visited this beach... You find this hidden treasure with great difficulty since it is not signed. We were told about it by the wonderful Katie at Broome Broome car hire, and she said the easiest way to find it is to drive from the Port, turn left onto the red dirt track and it is a few hundred metres down on the left.... Gooorgeous contrast between the rich, red sand and the beautiful azure blue waters. Every cape and length of the beach is a spectacular view. An absolute must if you are in Broome!

We spent a couple of days lazing at this beach. It is a bit trickier to get to, and therefore has much less people - infact we had the beach pretty much to ourselves. Divine.

I was told about this by the receptionist at the hotel, but we ended up visiting this while on a stop during the turtle kayaking sunset tour. Great photo opportunities and . This is a quite beach as it is only known to the locals and access is only via 4wd or you can also walk. There are also little... More
