Very busy place with a queue of people wanting to speak to a consultant. Perhaps they need more staff at peak times. The pearl industry talk was a bonus that I did not expect but enjoyed.

I fair bit of information available but when you want to talk to someone or make a quick purchase of a book you have to wait in the queue (which was long on both my visits) for a 2-3 minute exchange - and I felt my queries were more of a nuisance - but it was close to lunch time... More

It seemed as big as the Darwin Information Centre and was very busy each of five times in the two weeks we went there. But the material was well presented and self service so we never needed to line up for assistance from staff. A big THANKS for alerting us during travel planning about direct flights to and from Brisbane.

loads of good info for the area as well as tour options - well worth checking out. The pearl shop next door does a free info session on pearls which is very informative

A perfect place to start your time in Broome and important to access the information needed eg. croc sightings, road conditions etc.

This is a very busy place in dry season and maybe more staff are needed. I certainly did not like having to wait although I could see each customer was being treated very well and given helpful information. When it was my turn I was conscious of being as quick as possible - I was just picking up tickets. Then... More

On a busy morning (I think they are busy all the time) with a queue of people waiting to be served. We did not see this at any other info centre from Darwin to Broome. We get to Amanda and she sorted out our two and half days at Broome perfectly. So pleasant and helpful with knowledge of Broome in... More

Thank you to Amanda for all her help in booking our tours and providing information. Your willingness and helpfulness has and was greatly appreciated. You deserve a pay rise!!!!!! Nothing was a problem and better still you having first hand experience in some of the attractions help decide for us what we would go and do and see. Again we... More
