Ift started with a welcome to Broome, which I found lovely. The staff were helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about the sights of Broome. Also they knew all about the tours on offer in the Kimberley region and we booked a scenic flight to the horizontal waterfall:) We visited the centre 4 times and were totally happy with the... More

The staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They made a few phone calls to check details and availability for me. I left with exactly what I needed.

The person who we spoke with was most helpful. She told us what we needed to know - recomended a tour and wasn't pushy.

The Broome visitor center was one of the most impressive visitor centers I have visited. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend any new visitor to Broome to visit the BVC as soon as they arrive. They have a million brochures and can help your sort through all of the information so that you aren't too overwhelmed.

If you are planning to stay in Broom for a few days it is worth going to the visitor Centre first. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and booked all our outings for us, giving us clear details of what the trips entailed and all the information we needed. First class service.

The service was outstanding, however the resort misrepresented the room facilities & was not a 5 star resort as claimed

More staff would have been better so we didn't wait so long for service, but very knowledgeable once we had someone to talk to. Great range of books - which was good since Magabala books was closed for renovations - and art from local artists - we bought a carved boab nut. Good advice - like calling the Mango Place... More
