The pearl shop was very reliable, offered guarantees and excellent selection. The actual information centre gift shop was overpriced

The staff at the centre were very helpful in trying to work out what to see in Broome. Certainly the best place to start when visiting Broome.

We had done our own research for our trip up the Cape Leveque Rd but thought we'd pop into the Broome Visitor Centre to consolidate some information we had gathered ourselves. The lady that served us was really out of touch with the information she was telling us, saying there are only two places you can camp up Cape Leveque... More

The Centre is located on the corner of Broome Drive and Short Street, opposite the Paspaley Shopping Centre, and right in the heart of town. It's clearly signposted and you really can't miss the beautifully modern building. We arranged a trip to the Cape Leveque via the center, the service was first class and they made sure that all of our individual needs were attended too. The center was well stocked, clean, pleasant and had plenty of staff on duty to focus on everyone's requirements.

We went here to arrange various excursions after being tipped off that the staff here were friendly and very helpful. The tip was correct. Our experience in the Centre was really good. Don't try to do it all yourself - get a local person with a lot of knowledge to help you work out what to do and see and... More

This is very well set up with all your options for touring, shopping, and accommodation. There is also a cafe and a Pearl shop whose prices are very reasonable.

Apart from cuing for over half an hour twice to get assistance, I did find everyone mostly helpful, there was some information that was wrong but fortunately I figured this out before the event.
