There are many types of shops, I purchased fishing bit and pieces there and we also bought a few items in other shops but mostly it is a area with many small shops. Worth the visit and you can buy good food, coffee and some interesting places like the pearl lugger display.

This is referred to as China Town, but it is less 'China' and more just a shopping district. But don't let that deter you, it is a great area to browse with an eclectic mix of food, clothes and jewellery.

Some decent shops and a few places to eat. Not sure about the whole "China Town" bit but hey ... whatever brings in the tourists.

When in town its worth a eyeballing for some goodies and to do your sovenir shopping ....but basically end of the day it's really only just an arcade with a cool name plus a unique entrance

The arcade has a cafe, fashion boutiques, jewellers, surf shops and tourist souvenirs. Its quiet and mostly covered. There are wall plaques which progressively outline some of the colourful history of the area.
