We did of course see the casts of some of the prints which was pretty cool.

Really pretty spot with great views of Cable Beach and the ocean. Shame the tide was not low enough to see the dinosaur footprints though.

Wonderful natural feature but let down by poor maintenance of signage and relevant history revelations

Nice red rocky point with spectacular shimmering blue sea as a backdrop. If you only manage to get there at high tide and cannot clamber down to see the genuine dinosaur prints on the lower levels there are some 'moulds' set out at the high point there to show what you can only see when the tide is out! Nice... More

We visited Gantheaume Point at the conclusion of our Broome Town/District Tour with Doug Fong. And we were really glad it meant we arrived here almost at sunset, as the colours of the rocks and the whole atmosphere of the Point was magnificent. There's nothing to do here except enjoy the scenery, which we did! A recommended place to visit... More

Such a beautiful part of broome! Lovely to sit and watch sunset, see the dinosaurs footprints at low tide and fun to jump of the rocks at high tide :-)

Any visitor to Broome must visit Gantheaume Point with its red cliffs and dinosaur footprints (at low tide). If the tide is wrong there are replica footprints to see instead. Look out for the ospreys.

Fantastic formations due to erosion and amazing colours - dinosaur prints interesting but scenery was better.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! About a 1km walk from the Turf Club (we didn't want to take scooter along the dirt road). There's interesting flora and a beautiful butterfly was showing us the way! The combination of red soil, amazing rocks, the lighthouse and Cable Beach is awesome!

One of the great places to see in Broome. The views and scenery are really great. A walk around this area is a must

A good view of the coastline from this spot. You can also see the dinosaur foot prints nearby. Worth the effort however if you drive from the Port to here note that the dirt road is just rough as guts.
