Scootering along the last bit of dirt road was difficult. Great views of the ocean, the beach and the wonderful cliffs. Loved Anastasia's pool but it is not well marked. Wish the real dinosaur footprints had been visible when we were there.

Well worth a visit to this beautiful place. The colours are stunning and the rock formations are really interesting. Worth mentioning that Anastasia's Pool is now gone, it was damaged in a storm and has been abandoned. Also the dinosaur footprints are only visible at very very low tide (below 2.16m). The signage should definitely be updated to reflect this,... More

A landscape shaped by millions of years and the pounding sea. The more you try to take it in the more mind blowing the rock formations. We walked from here along Cable beach the 5 kilometres to the surf club on one day and the other way another day to have another look.

The colours of the scenery are breathtaking. Dinosaur print was interesting. Anastacia's Pool is no longer there, it was washed away in a storm. Well worth the short drive from Broome to see it.

Visited as part of our Trike Tour. It was a low low tide and the great expanse of beach covered in vehicles and people with tables and chairs and eskys was amazing.

The outside information booth is well done except that I could not find directions to Anastasia's Pool and someone else was asking where the real dinosaur footprints are. I enjoyed the walk down to the lighthouse and headland. The colours and view are amazing and one can't but envy whoever lives in the lovely house near the lighthouse.

Having visited Gantheaume Point 4 years ago on our last trip, I was keen to return again with our camera to see those brilliant colours again. This is nature's colours in all its glory - deep vivid red earth & rock formations contrasting against crystal clear blue skies & ocean. We have gone during the middle of the day on... More

The scenery from Gantheaume Point was unbelievable, the red rocks against the shimmering turquoise sea! So beautiful!

My daughter and I had a lovely visit to Gantheaume Point. The tide wasn't low enough to wander out and see the "famous" dinosaur footprints like we had hoped, however, practising our rock scrambling skills proved entertaining enough for my 8 year old and I. With just enough imagination, we felt sure we had discovered other dinosaur footprints which left... More

We visited Gantheaume Point on two occasions. Once, late afternoon, where the colour contrast between the red soil and blue sea was beautiful and once early morning when the tide was out in hope to find dinosaur footprints. Alas, the tide was not quite low enough.
