if interested in seeing a working port, this is an excellent opportunity to walk the jetty with safety and watch trade activities if there are ship(s) on the jetty.

Another angle of Broome but worth the short drive to the Port precinct.A livestock ship was filling up with cattle being trucked in.A good topic of conversation for our city teens.

There is a walkway along th length of the jetty which is also inhabited by many fishing. Some excellent scenery of the harbour, but otherwise, just a jetty.

Loved the walk out to the end of the pier. Fun to watch people catch fish off the pier. Have a wine and calamari at the eatery there - the best. No coffee unfortunately but I guess that would clog up the seating with just coffee drinkers
