A great place to stand and gaze

Nice setting, but expensive, no coffee available. Half price oysters (6) from 2-4 was good value, but $18 for 4 was wasn't

When visiting 11 years ago, you use to be able to walk on half the wharf, not so now. It is now gated off by custom's. There is a sub wharf that the fisherman use. The wharf restaurant at the beginning of the wharf comes highly recommended by locals having lovely fresh seafood although very pricey.

Popped down as a tourist ('cause we had hired a car) and planned to have a drink/coffee but before leaving had been told the Wharf Restaurant was a bit pricey so gave that a miss and just took a lovely long leisurely walk along the jetty and talked with a couple of local fisherman. Weather was pleasant and overcast. Just... More

Nice walk to the end of the wharf, really shows the huge tidal movement of this area. Clear blue water and the fish were abundant under the wharf (except when we went fishing later that evening).

You have to go back to wharf twice, once at high tide and once a low tide. It is fantastic to see the difference in water levels.

Our visit to Broome was not to be missed. A great & excellent place to visit, not only the Wharf & Jetty, but the whole Township with its interesting Pearling History. Stayed at the Cable Spa & Beach Resort & dined in their great Restaurants for 3 days. Watched the beautiful Sunsets & took a Camel Ride along the Beach,... More

Walked out along the pedestrian walkway but unable to access the wharf area at the end! Nothing happening on the wharf and little information provided. Good views of the ocean and coast. Not as interesting as expected and barely worth the drive unless you are going to the restaurant.

It was a long walk to get to the end of the jetty, but the view and scenery was great. We lunched at the small restaurant which served very fresh seafood in a pleasant outdoor setting.

Been to the Wharf Restaurant numerous times and always had excellent seafood. Prices are very good and the portions are generous. It is the best seafood we have ever had.
