Full round view of Melbourne from the 88th floor of Eureka Tower is breathtaking. We were there just after Christmas. But we had an evening booking. Skydeck 88 has an enviable location at South Bank. Two lifts help you to reach about 300 mt height in seconds. The skyscraper gives a panoramic view of Melbourne from CDB to Dandenong ranges. I don't like heights, but promised my friend I would join her to the 88th floor. Views are magnificent unfortunately it was an overcast day. would have been incredible sights on a clear day. Sent a postcard from the highest post box in the country (and it got there). The lift up wasn't as bad as I had expected.

Loved seeing the lovely views of the city and as we arrived before sunset we got to see the it during the day and night which I'd definitely recommend. The entry price was reasonable especially for students.

You get a fantastic view of all the sights of Melbourne city and beyond - as long as it's a clear day! The Edge is a little "over rated" but fun to do if you've never done something like this before.

The view at night and during the day are two very different scene. This place is a go to place by locals and tourists. Only con that I will mention is that the entrance fee is slightly dear.

I did this after being here for a week walking the CBD, so cool to see everywhere I had gone, both walking and riding. Tallest public viewing in southern hemisphere. Do the day and night pass, two trips same day, do the day first, nighttime is hard to tell where you are looking.

Brilliant attraction. Did a day and night pass. Loved seeing it all again at night. However, was not impressed with the photo quality of The Edge experience. That didn't stop people from doing it though.

What a fantastic view of Melbourne, and you could do it just to experience a lift that rises at the rate of four floors per second! Remember to take your Jetstar or Virgin boarding pass - it saves you 20% on the entry fee. Best was to get there - go to Flinders Station, walk across the footbridge to Southbank... More
