I took my 2 kids to Luna park, and they had an absolute ball, there are a heap of rides to go on, and we all had a great time, however the food that is on offer inside the park is very expensive, however luckily there is a Macca's just outside, and the food there is a lot cheaper

We were very excited to be heading for a family day out at iconic Luna Park. Upon paying & entering we quickly discovered that we could've skipped the entry fee & gone in anyway to enjoy some expensive snacks & sideshow games. Our children were too little for a lot if the rides.

I think if luna park made the kids tickets cheaper it would be better value for money, $9 for a 2min ride is pretty steep.

One of the cultural and traditional landmarks of Melbourne is the fun park for all ages, Luna Park. Located in the best part of town, opposite the Esplanade in bay side St Kilda the big moon face entrance is known the world over and has brought joy to generations of people for almost 100 years. You'd be doing yourself a... More

Boy.. did I have a good time with the grandchildren here We entered the grounds on a splendid Saturday afternoon, much to the delight of my daughter's daughter. There were plenty of rides to satisfy children of any age and many outlets that serve food. The staff were very welcoming from the very start.. where we were greeting with smiles.... More

We had a great time at Luna park. My kids are 5 and 8. They were able to go on quite a few of the rides. Highly recommend getting the unlimited wristband. Works out much cheaper. Don't forget the sunscreen and water though, only downside was there's not a huge amount of shade.

Our goal during our time in Melbourne was to go on a roller coaster, however, each time we went to Luna park it was always shut. The place is a real stain from the outside and when the Park was finally open on our final day the roller coaster was shut. A real disappointment.

Visited with 11 and 14 year old. They were disappointed with quality and quantity of rides. Two main rides closed??? Expensive and I dont feel it was worth the money to be honest.
