We love coming to the Jam Factory. You have Village Cinemas, a wide variety of take-away/restaurants, Wi-Fi and above all clean and safe environment. Ample parking, both street parking and car park. It’s a great location with plenty of other great stores nearby. Must visit.

Jam Factory is in a great location, with very reasonably priced parking. It's always clean, but now that Borders and Pancake Parlour are gone, there's not really much to Jam Factory except TGIFriday's and Village Cinema. Great spot for dinner and a movie, but not much else to do there. They need a revamp; a theme or some other interest... More

I like the Gold Class cinema, comfortable and spacious and you can have a drink. Not all the movies are exiting, just have to pick what you like. It is a place for younger people, with all the usual cheaper places to eat. Good parking, easy access. Can get very busy on school holidays.

A good landmark and easy place to meet people. The cinema is good and the parking really easy and reasonably priced (flat rate of $6 in the evening). There are a few places to eat such as Nando's and TGI Fridays but none of those are as interesting as some of the other options on Chapel Street. The centre feels... More

The Jam Factory was a destination of wonder for my children, and maybe it still is for youngsters. The Cinemas inside remain a popular destination. The decoration is glitzy, there is better food to be had elsewhere on Chapel Street, and I would suggest you book your cinema tickets ahead. One thing in the Jam Factory's favour, it is easy... I recently went to watch a movie at the cinema at jam factory. I was walking up the stairs to buy some popcorn and I saw the guy behind the counter emptying boxes of what was obviously popcorn people had left behind in the different screens back into the popcorn machine! As soon as he saw me he stopped what... More

Great little place to stop by for a coffee, grab a movie and update your wardrobe with Topshop/Topman!

My boyfriend and I went there to see a movie and I was pleased to see that the seats were very comfortable. Apparently there's a number system in place with the seating and you must sit where your ticket says. Luckily we were given a seat at the back and in the middle, however to be on the safe side... Thinking that the Jam Factory is a place in Melbourne for purchasing jams, my family and I took the tram to Chapel Street to visit the factory. When we arrived, we had to spend some time before we could reach the factory and it seemed that most of the people there did not know such place. Also, inside the factory,... More

Great to see Topshop located as part of the Jam Factory with an entrance from both Chapel street and inside the Jam Factory, and delighted to see them open late on a Saturday night to cater for the movie crowd when no one else in Chapel street does. Provides that missing element since Borders departed. Renovations still underway but the... More
