Summary: Positives - easy to get to on public transport, safe, clean, great movie cinema complex, off street parking available Negatives - small variety of cafes and restaurants, small amount of shops, lots of space, but nothing much to draw customers in other than the cinema complex Detailed: I go to the Jam Factory a minimum of once a week.... We love coming to the Jam Factory. You have Village Cinemas, a wide variety of take-away/restaurants, Wi-Fi and above all clean and safe environment. Ample parking, both street parking and car park. It’s a great location with plenty of other great stores nearby. Must visit.

Jam Factory is in a great location, with very reasonably priced parking. It's always clean, but now that Borders and Pancake Parlour are gone, there's not really much to Jam Factory except TGIFriday's and Village Cinema. Great spot for dinner and a movie, but not much else to do there. They need a revamp; a theme or some other interest... More

I like the Gold Class cinema, comfortable and spacious and you can have a drink. Not all the movies are exiting, just have to pick what you like. It is a place for younger people, with all the usual cheaper places to eat. Good parking, easy access. Can get very busy on school holidays.

A good landmark and easy place to meet people. The cinema is good and the parking really easy and reasonably priced (flat rate of $6 in the evening). There are a few places to eat such as Nando's and TGI Fridays but none of those are as interesting as some of the other options on Chapel Street. The centre feels... More

The Jam Factory was a destination of wonder for my children, and maybe it still is for youngsters. The Cinemas inside remain a popular destination. The decoration is glitzy, there is better food to be had elsewhere on Chapel Street, and I would suggest you book your cinema tickets ahead. One thing in the Jam Factory's favour, it is easy... I recently went to watch a movie at the cinema at jam factory. I was walking up the stairs to buy some popcorn and I saw the guy behind the counter emptying boxes of what was obviously popcorn people had left behind in the different screens back into the popcorn machine! As soon as he saw me he stopped what... More

Great little place to stop by for a coffee, grab a movie and update your wardrobe with Topshop/Topman!
