It doesn't matter how many times I travel the Great Ocean Road and I have travelled it hundreds of times, I am always in awe of the breathtaking views and the men that built this road by hand so many many years ago.

This is a must for anyone visiting Victoria, except on long weekend, get's very busy. Many nice place to visit along the drive, and nice places to stop for food and drinks. Love Apollo Bay and other towns.

There is nothing to dislike. It is unique and in my opinion the diamond for Victorian tourism. Ragged coast line, beautiful beaches to cater for all types of swimmers, surfers & fishermen. Each town along the way has something special to offer. World class restaurants along the way. A must see for all

This must be one of the most picturesque drives in the country. We took it slowly which was a good thing - the road is so sinuous and steep in places but you just have to be able to stop and savour the amazing views. Lots of places to stop for coffee and lunch. This journey is not just a... More

To see its and the great ocean road and apostols was really great and peacefull. We added helicopter trip for apostols. Avoid company autopia buses are really uncomfortable, no climatisation, no water given at lunch (pizza). A bad choice for us

This is an all day, 12 hour tour that travels 560km. The seacoast highway is stunningly beautiful. There are stops to see a lighthouse, Koalas in the wild, walk through a rain forest and see the "Twelve Apostles rock formation. Also a nice stop in a seaside community for the included lunch at a restaurant and many other photo stops.... More

if you were already in Italy and Monaco there is the view to drive more popular. This is a wonderful trip, easily do-able to and for a one day. Lots of beaches and places to eat or grocery stores along the way. Which you don't have around the Great Ocean Road.

Absolutely worth a trip down there. Went there in local guided tour by a small coach. Enjoyed all the scenery along the way there. The small towns and local food are so good. Tourists must surely wish to stay a night or two next time to fully appreciate. One must be prepared to spend a whole day and only return... More

A beautiful place to go for a drive, I would recommend taking a day or two to do it, so you can stop in at all the little towns and nice lookouts along the way. Can be very busy with lots of tourists even in winter, but don't let that deter you. Also VERY cold in winter, take a jacket,... More
