We came here as part of our half-day city-sightseeing tour! However, because we were going to catch a cruise along Yarra River at 1pm, we were only allocated 45mins to explore this magnificent garden! What a shame! Atmosphere, food, staff and authenticity, was a little pricey but woth it, great fit out and great views, staff were well spoken and very knowledgeable about wine. Food portions could have been bigger

Beautiful trees, lawns & lake. A lovely place to relax, walk & enjoy. always a favourite spot in the cbd with lovely bird life, sculptures & famous garden clock :-)

We went tere to meet friend for a catch up but restaurants were closed. However the beautiful gardens certainly made up for this.

It's really nice to have parks in very short walking distance from the city and the botanic gardens are a short stroll from flinders street station also close to the war memorial. Nice gardens for a walk, picnic or to test your photography skills -

It is nice but not as nice as we expected from reading about it from the guide books. Several sections were closed and the available WC were few

I was having a picnic with my friends in here so it was a delicious visit :) As we were very exhausted from our daily job, we decided to take a relaxation and this place is perfect choice for us. Such a wonderfully peaceful place to wander through with such diversity. Fresh, green, clean and a pleasure for the senses. Spent half a day just meandering around the different pathways. Well with a visit.
