Such a wonderfully peaceful place to wander through with such diversity. Fresh, green, clean and a pleasure for the senses. Spent half a day just meandering around the different pathways. Well with a visit.

A wonderful Botanic Garden with space to walk around, a nice cafe and restaurant by a lake, interesting plants and birds. A recommended relaxation in a busy city.

We went for a run around "the tan" which is a track circling the gardens. The looked so beautiful that we ran through on the way back to the hotel. Lovely place. Very serene and quiet but so close to the city. Great place to visit, walk and picnic.

A lovely way to spend an afternoon walking the many paths and exploring the gardens and parklands. Great venue either for a family gathering, a romantic walk or to simply sit with a coffee and enjoy the serenity.

We spent an afternoon wandering around the gardens. There is so much to see and lots of quiet places to relax and enjoy in peace. It is big so wear comfy shoes but it is a nice break from the busy city.

It is big and beautiful. I felt happy and relax strolling in this place. Following the suggesting from the travel guide, we brought our sandwich to go there for a picnic in the morning. Gosh, it is a lovely place!

The food is expensive for what you get. Still, it supports the gardens, I imagine. The ice cream selection is good though. Good for hot days in Melbourne!
