Whilst on a recent trip to Melbourne, my daughters partner wanted to visit the Aquarium. My wife and I were quite reluctant, being that we have seen many already in Australia and other countries. We decided to go with them and wow we were surprised!! The overall set up is really good. From the large fish tanks to the tunnel,... More

Visited with the kids and they loved it, the penguins were by far the favourite and the pools where you can touch the star fish. We find it to be quite expensive to get in, we booked online & the lovely lady at the customer service counter helped us out to print our reservation as we didn't print it before... More

My husband and I decided to visit the Melbourne Aquarium recently, as part of our 30th Anniversary, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! The penguins, and the tunnels with fish, sharks and stingrays swimming over you were great. The cost is fairly expensive, especially for a family, but we were definately happy we went.

We loved the aquarium. My son thought the crocodile was the best thing ever. The Penguins were fantastic. We were lucky enough to see their babies. Well worth the money.

Great place and like the changes they have made. Some nice caves and tunnels for the kids o play in, though watch during school holidays when it can get very busy, with those tunnels kids can come out anywhere so good to have people posted on each side. As any inside aquarium, there are areas that are narrow so take... More

We went on a week day, and it was relatively quiet. We went to a few of the talks with the keepers. The penguins are a must see. We spent about 3 1/2 hours here and saw everything. The hands on pool was great for the kids to be able to touch and see animals closely. Definitely bring your own... More

The first thing you would notice when you visit this aquarium is a mini aquarium inside a car filled with water. I still wonder how they do that. The Sea Life Melbourne Aquarium also has a fun 3D studio that takes you on a journey under the sea. What's more? You could even swim with the sharks, if you want.... More
