Having visited this aquarium 3-4 times over the past 10 years, I was expecting something spectacular on this visit as well. Unfortunately, I think the place is getting tired and old. It was more expensive than the zoo and the visit took half the time. Many of the displays has signage missing so you had no idea what you were... More

Undersea world, Amazing experience for the children and the adults too and Meeting The penguins... We had the chance to see their carers feeding them, the walk of the penguins when the lady walked in carrying the bucket full of fish, they were all up waiting for her. So cute... It was also nice for the kids to have the... More

Amazing displays of varied sealife. The penguins were particularly amazing to see, baby chicks and one egg waiting to hatch made it worth the trip. Knowledgeable staff helpful with any queries.

The penguins there where so totally cute. The displays where of good value. I hadn't been to an aquarium in a long time and really enjoyed seeing all the different types of fish. The jellyfish I didn't know there was so many different types. Very good value for money

I am an animal lover but you can easily walk through this aquarium and see everything in about half an hour easily. If you have kids under 5,you know what their attention span is like so it's a quick visit. It was pleasant but I'm not sure if it was worth it.

Thanks for your lovely feedback. We are constantly amazed by Pinjarra, our Saltwater croc, and often get distracted by how handsome he is. Hopefully next time we see you, you'll be swimming face-to-face with some of our other handsome gentlemen in the Oceanarium! More

Had friends came from regional Victoria, we met in the city and decided to visit aquarium on Sunday. We bought the ticket online so get about 20% discount. You have to print the ticket and take with you, so if you have no where to print it, probably not really help. Anyway we got there about 1pm. It took about... More

I went for a friends daughters third birthday. It was good to go but there was still a lot renovations going on when I went so it was a big average for me.The food was expensive in there and my little one was too young to enjoy it.

We have been careful to make sure that our renovations do not impact on the current journey, but appreciate that you might have noticed these things going on behind the... More

Quite a disappointing experience, especially if you have to navigate it with a small mobility scooter. Corridors are very small, and the map provided is quite hard to follow, as displays are over 3 levels, trying to find and get to the lifts was nearly impossible. We ended up giving up and leaving. We also came across a few other... More

Thank you for providing valuable feedback on your visit to the aquarium. We are very popular on weekends and during school holidays and this results in the building being very busy. We work hard to assist guests navigating the building during these busy times- the journey is one direction to help with the flow of guests, we provide maps to... More
