There is plenty to see here, so give yourself more time than you expect. We arrived around 3pm and getting to see the final feeding of the penguins and fish meant that it was initially a bit rushed, as most of this type of activity closes at 4pm. Then you're free to wander until 6pm. Our family ticket was around... More

The variety and displays of the sea creatures was quite magnificent. We spent a couple of hours and got around all the displays without rushing. Sometimes the queue moved a little slowly which i did not enjoy so much. i was pleased to get free tickets from RACV so this greatly enhanced the experience and I may have expected more... More

We had just returned from a cruise around Sth America with an excursion to the Falkland Islands. Got up close and personal with the King Emperor penguins. Image my delight when visiting Sea Life KING EMPEROR PENGUINS were there in front of me. SOOOOO happy.

Visited the aquarium on a Saturday afternoon, surprisingly not too busy. The enclosures are laid out very well. Our favourite was the penguin display, excellent signage explaining exactly what you're viewing. Lots of stops along the way to keep the kids amused. A world class aquarium. An absolute must do if you haven't already been.

We have been to the Aquarium many times and it never fails to amaze. The night wine and cheese nights were a great hit with us and the feel and touch pools were fantastic with the grandkids. Such a great place to visit for every one. A must when you visit Melbourne.

Our wedding anniversary was spent at the Mebourne Aquarium. It was truly an amazing place to visit. The admission fee was reasonably priced and the staff happy and knowledgeable. The exhibits were very well kept and all sea life, creatures and reptiles in excellent condition. Couldn't fault the place. A wonderful place to bring the family. The only disappointment was... stayed in Melbourne over Easter and went to Aquarium on Good Friday. Very busy but didn't take long to go through, handled very well and very efficient staff. Our kids, 14, 12 and 6 all enjoyed it with different things appealing to different ages. Loved the Penguin display at the end, amazing to see these creatures so close up. There... More

We had been wanting to visit this place for a while and took the opportunity with a 2 for 1 ticket offer given by a work colleague. We went on a weekend in mid May when it wasn't too busy but overall found the visit disappointing. It was't that the different sections weren't interesting, it was mainly just the lack... More
