Block a whole day for this! If you are the nature curios type lot of interesting information. As you wade through the live exhibits you will find one that does not move. Very creative- they have placed a plastic bag and the label read something like "lifespan 1000 years". For those who could not believe that crocs can live in... More

Really entertaining they do it well lots to keep little ones happy including a little booklet where they have to find the answers and collect a stamp at each display. The penguins are amazing try to be there when they are being fed the kids and you will love it! Food pretty awful in cafe so would take a picnic... More

We went here to fill up a couple of hours before heading home. The price is a little on the expensive side. It was very boring and the aquarium in Queensland that we went to runs laps around this walking there it seems fantastic until you look around. We were at the exit before you knew it.

Took the kids and was a good morning out. The new croc is an absolute monster and the glass viewing deck is pretty cool. Also had some baby pengiuns which the kids loved.

We loved the aquarium the only area I felt really sad was in the penguin enclosure I felt sad to see the enclosed in their area the penguins looked sad, unhappy, it almost reminded me like an asalyum for penguins I actually had a tear in my eyes watching them.

We visited on a Saturday and stayed a couple of hours, the exhibits were spread over several floors, many quite small, several empty. We really enjoyed the main viewing area, able to sit and watch the underwater scene changing as the animals cruised around. Overall definitely not the biggest and best and $76 for 2 adults...

Spent a pleasant couple of hours here. Interesting fish, informative signs; our favourite exhibits were the seahorses and, especially, the penguins, which were hugely entertaining to watch. Easy to get to on the free tram, and look in the tourist information centre for leaflets offering 20% off entry.

After buying my ticket online prior to walking in the door I was quite rudely told I must leave the venue to print the ticket prior to entering the venue. There is no other option. Later find a sign in the venue stating save the rain forests by only print when really needed. Printing this single page is not for... More

My sister and I had a few hours to spare and decided to see the penguins . The place looked grand looking across the Yarra River at the exterior. OMG! On arrival the feeding times board had been changed, but the internet site wasn't so we missed the penguin feeding. The staff at the entrance were DUMB! At $38.00 per... More

The crocodile and penguins were a big hit with the grandchildren. Plenty to do and see for an afternoon. Very good layout and lovely enclosures.
