Amazing!

Ice skating was fun...although you get many blisters. I suppose that's part of the fun. Overall it was awesome, better to go in a big group.

I took my 7 year old who had never skated before and we had a great time. There are two rinks and despite it being school holidays it didn't feel overcrowded. The availability of the "aids" for first timers made the transition really easy. Best of all though was when one of the staff took 10 minutes to deliver an... More

We took our 3 kids (ages 5, 8, 10) for an afternoon of skating. Staff were so friendly and helpful, explaining the process and best way for us to gear up and get on the ice. They advised we start by holding the edges to get around but we found the seals much easier to use and fun. 5 year... More

Not a good experience for our first visit. After we paid our admission for our granddaughter to skate & 2 to observe totalling $30, ($4 x 2 to observe/ supervise our granddaughter is outrageous)I was informed by staff there is no socks available & I would need to go out to the shops to buy some.. That's fine, did that.... More

Went with a small group of high school students. Enjoyed learning to ice skate and lessons were well managed and effective. After lunch, moved onto ice hockey. It was fantastic. Cannot describe how much fun it was. Got a great perspective on a sport I have never tried before. Hosts were excellent and involved all people.

The skates were extremely bad. It took three pairs until I found a pair with adequate blades for skating in. If you are going to claim you are Australia's best, be the best. The seal seats and zimmer frames make the skating experience even worse as you have dodge people constantly. Take a tip from Macquarie Ice Rink in Sydney... More

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, we have been listening - In the last month we have replaced two thirds of our rental skates with over 900 brand new pairs of clip up skates. These skates are stronger, have better ankle support and hockey skate like blades making it easier for... More

Two adults, two teens and two younger child and we all had a go at ice skating and survived. Easy to hire the skates and very helpful staff. We skated from 8pm to about 10.30pm on a Saturday night and it was great. Ice was groomed 3 times during out skate and it was great. Staff were very helpful at... More

For someone who had never really ventured onto an ice rink before the open ice skating sessions they have were a great. Something definitely different for me to experience and although I had a few falls its amazing how much you improve by even being on the ice for an hour.

Great place to take the kids for a Sunday afternoon. The kids had a ball and will definitely come back again. Plenty of entertainment for all and we were even able to watch an ice hockey match.
