Saw Colin Friels in "Red" at the Sumner Theatre. Fabulous theatre, drinks in the lovely foyer just wonderful, great ambience, terrific play.

Easy to get to by car, tram or train, teffific productions and really comfortable seats. What more could you want from a theatre!!

We went to a Wednesday matinee and got excellent seats. 'Tribes' was well written and well performed - funny, dramatic and meaningful. Highly recommend the venue and the theatre company as well. A real treat, and makes me proud of the arts in Melbourne. We ate lunch at the restaurant pre-performance and enjoyed it.

I live around the corner and my son works part-time in the bar. The restaurant and bar is great. Have not seen a play there yet but the building is new and interesting - the Beehive - looks just like one!
