As it's our local park, I often go to this place for walking and take a rest in nature. It's a vast park with lots of green space, good place to play tennis or football as well.

As this is my local park I use it quite regularly. Lots of shady trees, open spaces for dogs to run around. Sporting groups play cricket, football. Lovely pleasant environment. It's also a popular lunch spot for the hospital staff from across the road.

This is a lovely park but watch out for dog owners. It is not the friendliest dog park around. There seems to be days where it's all big dogs and then days when it's all little dogs. I have never seen an aggressive dog at this park, most dogs are well behaved. I have a little dog that got a... More

Large off leash areas frequented by lots of "nice", social dogs. You won't find mutts and Staffys here. A very active dog group late every afternoon. Avoid Sat arvo though, as most of the off leash areas also double up as sports fields.

Nice park for running, playing tennis (there are pitches), cycling or just for a stroll surrounded by green. Nice pictures can be taken out from this place since not too many people around.

This is a nice square park that is great to run around, but it will trick you as how difficult the false flats are.

i used to play softball here but it's a nice park to walk through if you want to get away from the city, personally I prefer Carlton Gardens but there's always some sport on you can sit and watch so that's a plus. very green and clean too

This is one of the better parks in Melbourne. It is well-cared for - and looking fab now that the drought is over. Great for family picnics. Just watch the dogs - or rather the owners of the dogs.

It's a nice park for walks but not especially scenic. Several playing sporting fields. Popular with locals and dog-walkers. Nothing compared with, say, Royal Botanical Gardens. Worth visiting if you're staying nearby on St Kilda Rd but not worth a special trip.

A park where football and cricket are played. Close to town, in suburbia. A beautiful venue for picnics, restaurants, tram stops.
