The view was fantastic, that's for sure ! The walk to the lookout is very friendly and Wheelchair accessible ! However, being in summer and in a spot that crowded with tourists, it's unfortunate to have the visitor center closed at 5pm..

Even though you wont be the only one with this plan, go and see the sun set at the 12 apostles. It will not disappoint. The colors in the sky with the amazing dramatic landscape, just amazing.

My wife and I were half way into our tour of the Great Ocean Road and after spending the night in Apollo Bay we continued our journey along the GOR towards our next stop, Port Fairy, taking in many sightseeing opportunities along the way. One of these was the 12 Apostles, a series of rock formations stranded in the sea.... More

Very short walk from the parking lot. Several viewing platforms. Crowded - even mid-week off season! Great views of the rock formations. Path down to the beach available. Lots of nagging flies. Bring your good camera!

One of our favorite places during our Great Ocean Road trip. Be prepared for the crowds as you would expect with a popular tourist attraction.

This must be the most photographed site but even then the grandeur of the place does kind of catch you.    Part of it is because of the cliffs on the other side and part of it is because of the constant crashing of the sea.

There are not twelve, so don't try to count them! This is such a beautiful area with plenty of look-outs and spots to take great photos.

It was fun next time if we had more time it would of been good to take track down to the beach if you are travelling with your pet be aware you are not allowed to take on lead on viewing track but then no shade to leave them anywhere in car park

We took a tour from Oatway discovery for this. The trip was absolutely amazing and out of this world. The only thing one needs to be aware of is the harsh sun and flies. Take lots of suncreen, hat, goggles, etc.

We took a tour from Oatway Discovery for this place. It is a few hours drive from Melbourne towards the east. Offers amazing views of the beach. Be weary of the harsh sun and flies. Take lots of suncreen
