I regularly get massages back home and no-one can get the tension out of my shoulders how you did & today I've woken up still tension free :-))) & a Massive Thank-you for starting... More

very nice place to chill & very quite. No neon lights, no music, that was disappointing. $35 each to use pool, spa, sauna & steam room.

Changerooms are very nice but that's where it ends, everything is tired and dated, paint peeling everywhere, mouldy tiles, decaying rubber floor matting, two spa baths neither working! Neon lighting as shown in photos didn't work. Really disappointed

I went here with a friend to unwind on a holiday. We paid a casual pass and spend a few hours relaxing in the spa and steam room. The staff were friendly, the place was amazingly clean and it was just a brilliant place to relax and chill.

When I first arrived I was unsure as the man at the front desk was unprofessional and rude, the waiting area was small and full of people. Then my therapist came out and it all turned around. I booked in for a 1 hour package, half an hour massage and half an hour facial and it was delightful, my therapist... More

The reception area isn't at all welcoming. Downstairs in the Elizabeth Mall, it felt 'pokey'. Just didn't have a relaxing atmosphere with people walking pass the pool area to go to treatment rooms. lacking space all round. I was given a gift of a $100 voucher and had a wonderful massage with a very professional young woman. Can't quite put... More

Looks better with neon in the picture. Good showering and bathroom area but the really need a little table in the shower area so you... More

Whilst a bit overpriced, we both enjoyed the quiet and relaxing experience. We tried the pool, spa, sauna and steam room - the steam room's probably our favourite and we spent time just lounging on the generous sized steps. Good way to spend a few hours after walking around in the city and MONA.

I lived in Tasmania for 8 years and used to frequent this spa twice a week. It was $18 then $20 and allowed many people visit during the cold winters. I'm travelling down soon & just checked the website. $35. That's truly unbelievable & greedy. What a shame I won't be visiting a place that once meant a lot to... More
