The apartment in which we stayed was most satisfactory. Close proximity to Salamanca Market on the Saturday. Also the history of the area and the variety of cafes and restaurants in the area make this a splendid place to stay.

Good walk from where I was staying. Good views of the city, cute parks and the restaurant and cafe lifestyle there is sensational.

This historic neighbourhood close to the centre of Hobart is fascinating. Gorgeous historic homes and some interesting shops and cafes. We had lunch is a great bakery which was obviously a neighbourhood favourite.

Enjoy a walk through the streets and admire both the small and large historical houses - you feel as though you could be back in the 18th century. There are also multiple places at which you can eat or have a pleasant coffee. Close to town and Salamanca .

We enjoyed looking at the lovely old properties in this area. There's plenty to see and great cafes for when respite beckons.

We walked from our accommodation at Sandy Bay and lots of interesting things to see on the way there. Great bars and craft shops with the more commercial hidden in between
