If you are interested in beer brewing, this is a great opportunity to see how a commercial beer is made and bottled. We went through the tour on a Saturday, which is when they were NOT producing so the factory was shut down. If you want to see equipment in service, take this tour Monday through Friday. After the tour... More

This tour shows you around the entire brewery and ends with some taste testing a great tour and well worth the entry fee.

Visit the great restaruant and gardens. The tour is only for beer buffs, it is not very exciting or imaginative. In fact you could be in any rundown warehouse in the country.

We enjoyed our lunch at Cascade Brewery. We were unable to do the brewery tour due to having young children with us, but we didn't mind as we were made to feel very welcome in the restaurant. The gardens are lovely & great for kids to explore. The view across to the beautiful old brewery building itself is excellent. We... More

We did the Cascade Brewery Tour which was well worth the fee & the time! It was an interesting experience, not only learning the history and the process of the brewery but what it was and how it came to be - the stories of the original owners and subsequent owners! And of course, the tasting! I didn't know I... More

Really great relaxing tour with lots of informative information being one of the beer labels that I drink. Tour guide was friendly and seeing the areas where this beer is produced and how along with the history of it all was fantastic. Great finish at the end in the beautiful bar area that outs onto awesome gardens sampling the product... More

The restaurant and garden are both quite nice; however, when we were looking at the standing menu and deciding what to order, a staff member rudely without notice took the menu away and faced it up against the wall. The employee knew my partner and I were looking at the menu as we were discussing what to order. What this... More

Drove up for a look at the Cascade Brewry. Didnt do the tour as it was a bit pricy but sampled a few brews and had a look at the "museum", which was a few display cases with old cans in them. Took us longer to drive up from hobart than we actually stayed.

There's a local rate and a tourist rate... Pathetic, An a waste of money Beers good but you can get it at a decent pub anyway The steak is horrible and they do not go into detail regarding the production process
