Upon arriving in Hobart, we traveled directly to the Cascade Brewery as it was the first stop on our list of sites. We happened to walk in as the tour was about to leave and made a split second decision to join. For $25 we had a tour of the brewery, 3 small sample beers, and access to a 'cheap'... More

Went for lunch at the Cascade Visitors Centre, had the best Fish n Chips in Hobart I believe! All dishes were very well priced and the quality is second to none, the atmosphere is excellent and the staff are extremely helpful. The gardens are beautiful and its the perfect spot to relax with some excellent pub grub and a cascade... More

Our morning at the Cascade brewery was excellent! A tour of the facility, an excellent tour guide and drinks afterwards! What more could you ask for?

Recently toured the Cascade brewery with a friend from interstate. Not as informative as the Boag's Tour - but definitely good value for money as you receive 3 free drinks, and merchandise/meal/shop discount vouchers upon entry! Also: Discount for Tassie residents!

Exceptional service, good value for money. Tour Guide was very informative and entertaining. Pull a beer competition was entertaining and lunch was enjoyable at only $15.

I was not able to do the tour as I am wheelchair bound, but there is still lots to see - a lovely garden, pleasant restaurant, souvenir shop and great views of the old brewery and Mount Wellington. An interesting visit, even for those of us not particularly interested in beer. Worth visiting.

Starting off with a delicious meal in the bistro, then being entertained by very informative and interesting tour guides to hear the history of the Cascade brewery, finally finishing off in the beer gardens a few complimentary beers or ciders! What a great day out!

We'd gone along for lunch. A lovely meal with a beautiful view of the garden. When 2pm rocked around, there was a call out for a beer-pulling competition. What a bit of fun! Up to 24 contestants get to pull a beer (and keep it) and the winner gets a prize. A fun surprise at the end of our delicious... More

I don't like beer. At all. But my husband loves it. And being a good wife, I was happy to tag along for the brewery tour (figured I'd at least get lunch out of it!) Very glad I did! It was $25 each for the brewery tour which was about 1.5 hours, plus beer tasting with the three tokens they... More
