A Thrilling Tour, not to be missed

A pretty bleak, but not too windy day. This tour is just amazing, no wonder it wins so many accolades. Our crew was great, nothing too much. The boat was about 65% full, which makes it better for everyone. Make sure you have plenty of warm cloth on, you receive a jump suit to keep you dry and a beanie and... More

The meat of this cruise is thrilling and occasionally spine- tingling. The boat had about 24 people, but every-one had great views, and Mick - the skipper- made sure we all got a look at everything. We saw seals, dolphins and a variety of sea birds. Mick is very knowledgeable about these beautiful animals. The water was beautiful, the scenery... More

It's definitely worth the trip to Bruny Island to experience the raw power of the Southern Ocean and the landscape it creates. Our skippers, Mick and Elle were lots of fun, giving great information in a relaxed and entertaining manner. We went out in a big swell and had a ball. Just be prepared to get wet and take a... Belinda & Steve went beyond normal tour guide services & gave us one of the most exhilarating and entertaining days. We made a spur of the moment decision to do the tour and so glad we did. It was worth every cent! We were welocomed by bubbly staff and were provided with all the information we required. We can see... More

The tour around Bruny Island going out into the Southern Ocean was thrilling! The crew of Mick and Hugh were entertaining, informative and good fun. The magnificent cliffs - second highest in the southern hemisphere - very awe-inspiring, and the Blowhole delivered! The red waterproof coveralls that were provided were greatly appreciated. Apparently the waves were around 4 metres, and... More

This cruise should be included in your itinery when visiting Tasamia. Cruise down the eastern side of Bruny Island, very majestic scenery, second higest cliffs in the southern hemisphere, rugged coastline. Hugh school of dolphins. One gets up very close to an extremely large colony of seals on the southern tip of Bruny Island. Extremely good value at $125. Staff... More

An excellent adventure. We saw all the natural beauty of Bruny Island and surrounds. I prefer to take my car as you can also try the excellent oysters at 'Get Shucked' and also the cheese at Bruny Island Cheese Co. However many prefer to bus it from Hobart. Either option is good. All the staff on Cruise were courteous, friendly... More

the wait in line was bad would hate to go when they are really busy. No seniors discount which was a bit unfair.

We joined the trip from Kettering and wished we had picked up in Hobart as we missed out on the fun stories of the tour guides . Talking of tour guides, we were fortunate not only to have Colin and Hughy on our coach but also our guides on our allocated boat and we couldn't have been better looked after... More

We took our young family on this exhilarating ride on a very chilly (and quite rough) day in April during the school holidays. My husband was grateful for the supplied ginger tabs and the rest of us were super glad for the beanies, gloves and long red coats. The ride down to the Southern Ocean was thrilling - bumpy, rough...
