You can tell all the crew and staff know he drill about the trip out to the pontoon which is great. There is a lot of people on the boat and the pontoon so be prepared for crowds. If you don't like crowds in the snorkelling area then you may need to chose a smaller operator.

I had a great time! The stay at the platform was great and the submarines were okay. But the boat ride was woeful! Note to self - Do not sit near a door to outside! Everyone who got motion sick ran past you and vomited! Eww!

We bought helicopter and ocean walk along with cruise. Did not arrange time nicely. We had no time for glass bottom tour. We enjoyed snorkeling Maui and Cancun trips more. I understand that Great Barrier Reef need more conservation of environment . Company representatives had no knowledge of bike for non swimmers which are available all around the world.

The boat trip out was amazing. Staff were very professional and constantly caring for guests. On arrival at the Reef we couldn't believe the colour of the water. Snorkelling was fantastic. The best we have ever seen. Found it hard to get out of the water to have lunch, but we're glad we did it was beautiful. Then back in... More

Great hospitality on the trip out to the reef and back again. The highlight was a trip in a helicopter over the reef - really recommend it. Saw a turtle while travelling in the semi submersible boat around the reef. Great way to see the coral if you are not a swimmer. Lunch food was amazing!

What a professional group Quicksilver are. From online booking, bus ride, right through to the activities on the reef. I travelled with to two children who were excited but somewhat nervous about snorkelling. The life guard staff in particular where attentive and supportive of our children. This encouraged them and as a result had and wonderful experience. Our youngest became... More

My boyfriend and I enjoyed the cruise to go snorkeling at great barrier reef. We didn't get any seasickness at all. The crew members are very kind and have travel calm tablets for those that do get a bit sick. We saw turtles and found Nemo lol and alot of beautiful tropical fishes. Truly an amazing experience!

This company is first class. From the moment you book to board the boat they are focussed on great service. The staff always look happy and are interested in their work. This was our second trip with QuickSilver and they were amazing again. You always feel safe and well looked after. Their equipment looks well maintained and new. We did... More

went out on an overcast day. I thought the coral didn't have great colour also not to many fish about. a bit choppy also added to the not so good snorkel. went out with a different company 6 years ago and that was better than this dive spot. everything else was ok. check conditions and swap if you can to... Sailing with Quicksilver Cruises out to Low Isles was a great way to see snorkel the reef. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and provide the snorkels, masks, body suits etc. Totally recommend Quicksilver Cruises.
