This trip never fails to please. Once again we took family on this amazing day and once again Quicksilver delivered. From the coach transfer to the boat and all the facilities it was streamlined yet relaxing. Lunch of hot and cold food very good with as much if not more than you can eat. All equipment supplied for snorkeling in... More

It was our first time visiting Australia and Quicksilver Cruises was recommended to us for the best scuba drive of the Great Barrier Reef and it was just amazing! Something we will never forget. We were so nervous to dive and the instructors did an amazing job calming our nerves. Would defiantly recommend. Thankyou

If you plan to visit the Great Barrier Reef consider doing so with the Quicksilver Cruise company. We just did that and I rate our experience with them as excellent

This was our first Great Barrier Reef snorkel experience and the Quicksliver big boat out to the outer reef platform was perfect. Not too many people this time of year, very helpful staff, great setup. Lunch was included but not a huge sumptuous buffet but good all round.. My wife was particularly pleased with the prescription lenses available (-7) in... More

Fully recommended - smooth journey out to the reef, signed up to do the intro dive so went through all instructions on the trip over. Even if you're not a great swimmer still plenty to do like the semi-sub, or the helicopter flight (extra charge). Very very impressed and would happily recommend!

We went out to Agincourt Reef with quick silver yesterday and it was an amazing day. I have posted a review specifically about that trip on the Agincourt section but thought it was worth mentioning here how impressed we were with quicksilver. Everything was so well organised and the crew were all so friendly and helpful. We went out snorkelling... More

We went on a trip with Quicksilver to the reef. Journey out was great, the staff were very knowledgeable and the facilities at the pontoon foe snorkeling and diving were excellent, the under water observatory and semi -sub gave non swimmer's an excellent views of the reef and of the fish that inhabit it. Only thing missing was a paddle... More

We had a nice day. But if you don't like being heard like cattle on a boat that holds over 200 people I would book with someone else. Don't get me wrong. The staff was very friendly other than the captain who never smile when I saw him on the top deck twice. Food is just ok but I'm here... More

Traveled as a family with 3 children in late January after looking for an alternative that would please everyone in the outer barrier reef Pros - quicksilver vessel is large, fast and modern, no seasickness in the family (note that the sea was calm with little wind on the day we went) - interesting presentations made on the way by... Overall the trip cost me $350 as I did two introductory dives as well as the trip. Facilities on board were excellent and the food was exceptional. You would not go hungry on this trip and nibbles were always provided in between. The instructors were fab. I am actually Padi qualified but chose the introductory dives because I had not... More
