Went on the Agincourt Reef experience and I can not speak highly enough about these guys. The while day was excellent from start to finish, very professional, very friendly, just A number 1. Lunch was excellent and plentiful and drinks were sold at prices cheaper than on shore. At one stage when snorkelling, we drifted with the current a bit... More

I went with Silver Sonic to the Agincourt ribbon reef and it was the worst dive I ever had. I could not enjoy the dives. It was not much to see. The boat was good but the rest not. It might be nice for people who dive for the first time or people who wants to go to snorkeling.

This is a good way to see something of the barrier reef even if you don't want to go snorkelling or diving. You sail out to the reef in a big boat during which time you are sold a load of optional extras including diving, helicopter rides, tours with marine biologists etc. That bit of the trip is a bit... I have done this cruise before but first time for my English friend. I was not disappointed still excellent cruise and she loved it. The high light for me was the helicopter ride over the reef with wonderful pilot, I was fortunate enough to be in the front seat, the views were wonderful, There was snorkelling scuba diving available and... Nice ride out to the pontoon, very comfortable. Great views. Food and drink available. Most free. The pontoon was quite nice. Plenty of room, lots to entertain you. Plenty of shade. Showers. The day went by quickly. Lunch was very good, lots of food .... Quite a feat 40 miles out in the ocean.

Cant fault the trip at all. Very professionally run and great day was had by all. The catamaran takes about an hour and half to get to the reef, the boat is big enough that you don't get sea sick and also sells food and refreshments so its very enjoyable. You get taken to a pontoon which has something for... More

A wonderful day out. Collected from our hotel and taken to the marina. Morning tea supplied while we waited to leave port. Double head count before departure at both ends. Interesting facts supplied whilst on the journey out to the Reef. Plenty of activities - snorkelling, scuba diving, helment diving where you stand on a platform and watch the fish... More

This cruise carries around up to 400 passengers and can get very crowded if you do not arrive early by 9:30a.m. for a seat on the Marine Biologist slide show. It is a great introduction to the Great Barrier Reef marine life. They serve tea and coffee along with biscuits upon entering the ship until departure. Photos are taken but... More

We were a group of 6 different ages and swimming abilities. We all had a great day. The trip to Agincourt reef was lovely., along the Daintree Coast.
