Quicksilver tours run a well organised tour to the Agincourt Reef. We had a great time with the family. We had two young children and grandma (82yrs old) with us and all had a great time. The trip to the Quicksilver pontoon took around one and half hour to get to but you never noticed the time as the views... More

What a way to spend a day. A must when up north. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and always smiling I mean why would you not smile in this job. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to quicksilver due to a previous booked your being cancelled. We took the underwater walk and snorkerling we done at out... More

If you want to get a full throttle experience of the Great Barrier Reef, this is the activity for you! Once you reach the pontoon, there are plenty of water activities to keep you occupied during your stay. The buffet lunch was pleasant as well. For those of you that can't scuba or do an ocean floor walk, the helicopter... More

They take you out to a huge pontoon floating island type arrangement. Had something for everyone. Different diving groups according to skill set. Easy decent on ropes with helpful knowledge staff. Even group for beginner divers. Experienced divers would want their on dive specific tour though. This is good for family where some want to dive & some snorkel. Had... More

From start to finish this tour was exactly what we hoped for and more. Pick up at hotel for drive to boarding dock. Lovely scenery along the way with the driver pointing out what we should see. Boarding was quick and simple and tea, coffee and biscuits were waiting on board. Everything was explained in detail as we mad the... More

We booked a trip on the SilverSonic boat (maximum 90 people), and had a great experience. The trip is for both scuba divers and snorkellers. We did the snorkelling, and loved it. I'm not a strong swimmer or snorkeller, but spent most of the day in the water because there was so much to see. We stopped at three different... More

If you in Nth Queensland , you need to leave at least one day to go out to the outer reef and dive / snorkel the Agincourt reef with Quicksilver. Its a really comprehensive service from coach pickup at your resort , upto port douglas , onto the super cat and then out to the reef in around 90mins. Morning... More

We had planned this trip whilst visiting Port Douglas. Whilst it was certainly not cheap the tour represented good value for money with lunch and 3 trips around the barrier included. There was the ability to hire wet suits and an underwater camera which added to the experience. You should not miss the opportunity to visit the reef - whilst... More

We decided to go on a Quicksilver tour literally an hour before departure because we had done Green Island a few days earlier and didn't really see what all the fuss was about so we really wanted to do an outer reef tour so that maybe we would experience some of the magic. The check in and boarding process was... More

Travelling with a family of seven going to the reef was not cheap but worth it. With our youngest family member being nine the pontoon was great, easy to enter and exit the water and let her take a break from time to time. The staff were all very friendly and knowlegable, ten out of ten. Strongly recommend taking two... More
