I really recommend it to everybody who wants to get a quality massage or an efficient skin treatment : ) They are using an australian brand called Waterlily that feels so nice... More

I had an hour aroma massage with one of the therapist at this wonderful spa. She certainly knew her job, varied and comfortable technic. Would absolutely recommend this place! More

I get regular massages and whilst in Port Douglas thought I would try this place. Ian was giving me my massage and I thought he did a very good job .... note I have never given any massage place an excellent rating. Ian was clearly knowledgeable and was able to find the right areas. One hour massage for $99 is... More

We got the razul mud, steam room and massage. The entrance looks a bit dodgy up the stairs and the person (male) that greets you is a little bit 'crass'. Don't expect gentle voices and soothing welcomes here. We were the only people there. We found it a little unprofessional for a $340+ treatment. We could hear their loud conversations... More

The first thing I did after getting off the plane (and shuttle) and checking into my hotel was get a two-hour Spa Sampler with Emma at the Wellness@Port Day Spa. The environment is peaceful and relaxing, Emma was incredibly professional and had a fantastic healing touch, and all my needs were met-- even before I knew I had them! The... More

There was lots of gaps here. The treatment techniques, no change room, no drink offer on arrival, some sort of eftpos drama at the end. I tried to use a voucher for a small additional treatment that I'd found in a travel brochure and they didn't know how to accomodate the request. The massage treatment was really ordinary. I couldn't... More

Dear Diane0996, Thanks for your comments. I would like to address the points you have raised individually: - If I am correct your therapist was Ian who is one of our most experienced therapists who definitely knows his techniques. If you have a specific expectation (eg a Kodo Massage with a set procedure as done at Litya spas) I can... More

I did enjoy the massage but I think it is pot luck. The staff seem to be european travelers passing through. My girl did a nice massage but as the staff are not locals I think the quality varies. I much preferred the 2 boys who live in the port down the road called " deep". I would not go... More

Dear AdelaideLovetotravel, Thanks a lot for taking the time to post a review and we are happy to hear that you did enjoy your massage. We don’t think that the quality of your treatment is pot luck, as all our therapists are all fully qualified and stay with us a between 4 month to 7 years. They are not “travellers... More

While staying in Port Douglas, my partner and I thought we would spoil ourselves and get a couples massage. Worth the money. $100 purchased an hour couples massage, sharing a room with your partner for one hour of pure indulgence was just so relaxing... worth doing! More
