Me and my partner went out on Aquirius today to the Lower Isles, I was sceptical about snorkelling as I had some bad experiences previously going with other companies out to the outer reef, could not snorkel with out getting drowned, this spot is great, very sheltered, very easy to snorkel and see some fantastic coral and ocean life, The... Recently whilst I was on a trip with my husband out to the reef with Aquarius, I fell over head first 1.5-2 meter down into the kitchen / pantry. what happenend was that the staff told us it was okay to walk to the front of the boat to enjoy the front deck in the sun. They also told everyone... More

Wonderful trip to the Low Isles on board the beautiful Aquarius. The itinerary was perfect - moored just offshore, then a guided snorkel taking in the marine life to the island, where we had a guided tour from the highly knowledgeable Andy. Glass-bottomed boat trip back to Aquarius for a superb lunch and then more leisurely snorkelling off the back... More

The yacht was absolutely beautiful, the reef around the Low Isles is gorgeous, and the company has an amazing crew that really makes you feel at home. It's a newer boat, and it is obviously taken care of very well by the company. The breakfast and lunch and after snorkel snack were all delicious as well! Snorkeling makes you hungry... More

We had just been out to the outer reef - we everyone recommending you do the outer over the inner. We had one spare day before leaving PD so we decided to visit the Low Isles - inner reef as well. We thought we might be disappointed with what people had told us but we definitely weren't. Wow it is... More

I did the sunset crews with my two young girls and myself. My concerns of them being bored where quickly relieved as the found their spot on the bow nets. This was a great introduction to port Douglas, a must do

A stunning, seamless and completely unforgettable experience! The company was very well organised, relaxed, approachable and flexible with your snorkeling experience. They pick you up and drop you off at your accom which makes it very simple. Drew, the skipper, snorkeler, marine botanist extraordinaire was amazing! Seemingly super passionate about his work, he was very patient with my wife (very... More

This trip is not for everyone...and unfortunately this is not so clear from their website: they are trying to tick too many boxes and fail really badly on some of them. Some aspects are really nice, and I would have been giving this trip more than 2 if I had been given a more truthful description. The good thing is... More

On arrival you enter a luxury boat to be served good coffee, fresh fruit and morning tea.The staff were friendly and polite. We were able to sit inside or as we preferred outside to admire the most amazing coastlines and sparkling sea. We were provided with snorkels, flippers and stinger suits and swam to the island whilst being stunned by... More

The Low Isles was our destination, to acquaint the newbies with snorkeling and get everybody up to speed with a lot of patience and care. During the "lesson" from the island, we saw oysters the size of small sofas, and I followed a sea turtle in the water with my camera! There was a lot to see just off the... More
