We're locals and in addition to using the golf course, we have frequented the restaurant at P.P at least 6 times per year. It's close to home, it has a beautiful setting and the service has been consistently good over the many times we have been for lunch and dinner. The food can be 'Hit or miss' and our most... More

We were touring with an addicted golfer, He played 3 courses in Pert Douglas and another 3 in Cairns. With a handicap of about 10, he rated Paradise Palms as the best course he played in Australia.

Even if you are not into golf, the gardens and scenic view whilst sipping on a glass of wine overlooking the course, or the new kids playground is awesome. Food is great at the restaurant, and there is also a great mini golf course set in amongst the palms and gardens. The playground covers a wide range of ages and... More

This would have to be 1 of Cairns best kept secrets. We love to platy golf on the course which is so unique. You have to see it to believe this. The restaurant is a bit hit and miss unfortunately but I think that they are in the process of restructuring it. There is a mini putting course, swimming pool,... More

Lovely place. Food is average and a bit overpriced but the playground is nice. The kids love it. However I did hear of a few accidents on the giant bouncing pillow: lots of older kids play among the young ones, that get thrown out of the pillow to land on the hard ground! So watch out for that!!

For $12.00 kids can use the extensive playground are, swim in the large pool and get a meal and soft drink. For an extra payment they can play an 18 hole mini golf course as often as they wish. There is beer garden style area overlooking the playground, where adults can sit, have a drink and watch the kids play.... More

I've played other tropical courses in Bali, but this was the first in Australia. Overall it is a challenge - a tough course. Some of the greens need work, but overall it is in good shape. The scenery is interesting - mountains and rain forest, with a variety of birds, butterflies, etc. to distract you from your bad shots :-)... More
