Poor management let's this hotel down badly when it has such potential to be excellent. Our stay was overall unfortunately very disappointing: Our booking had specials which needed to be clarified and reminded (confirmation of booking, late check out- room card got disabled at 10.00, complementary bottle of wine given hours after check in). Hook of curtain tore seams of... More

Very helpful in the Proshop The course is great, really tuff off the Blue markers, greens are true and plenty of breaks, mainly narrow and long. Drove up to Port Douglas for a look and I would say don't waste your time and money. Paradise Palms kills it

Very friendly staff, good service, reasonable priced food that is presented well. Good attention to detail which you don't always get this is just up the road - I am so pleased we ignored others and went to find out for ourselves.

Have dined there both for breakfast celebration and lunch. Took grandchildren there for a wonderful day of play, as only costs few dollars for use of a spectacular playground, complete with many play areas, cubby houses, huge jumping pillow and pool. Delightful

Reception Staff were very rude, inexperienced and snobby and not helpful not good value for money and they like to pride themselves on being kid friendly however this was not the case as they added that even a newborn who usually is free would be charged $80 to stay there. Definitely better to drive 2 minutes up the road and... More

Went as a quite large group but for a set menu. Staff attentive. I had steak (overdone and cold) husband barramundi (cold and had gone rubbery from handing about). Was ok and would try it again. Used pool facilities which were filthy _ bins overflowing.

Wow!!! We were introduced to this club by a friend who lives nearby...The playground has pool, three cubby houses , two set of playground equipment, a jumping pillow and spans about a 1/4 of an acre in green space, all for the children. Food for children was excellent value and they all loved it!!! The grounds are amazing filled with... More

A really challenging golf coarse, however if you hit around 100 like I do in a round of 18, you will enjoy the coarse for what it provides. The 19th hole is just a pleasant with a cold Bevie waiting for you. If you haven't got your sticks, the pro shop has great hire clubs.

With a hire car- close enough to all tourist sites, quiet, comfortable room with a beautiful view. Had a round of golf there on their fantastic course. Dined in their restaurant at fairly reasonable prices.Enjoyed their beautiful scenery and gardens from our balcony suite. Had a barbecue a couple of times at nearby BBQ area- visible form our suite.

Great accommodation. Stayed there for a wedding. Lovely spacious rooms and not expensive. Great swimming facilities and good eating.
