We had lunch here and the meals were lovely, the staff were very friendly. We purchased some cheese to have that afternoon and it was beautiful. Great place for families as the children can pat the animals and watch the cheese being made.

Really nice place to stop off at if in the Tablelands. We arrived too late for lunch so had the cheese platter - huge amount of great cheese and all really tasty, so better than a lunch in our view! Followed up with a shared scone - the scone was great and very fresh but the jam was a packed... More

We sometimes visit for lunch or an ice cream in the afternoon. If possible we try and watch the milking which is every day at 3pm! Our 3 and 6 year old daughters love to look at the animals and eat the ice-cream The lunches are nice ... not overly special but not bad at all! We always seem to... More

Gallo's is a great place to visit for both locals and tourists! You can watch the cows getting milked at certain times and they have a couple of cute baby animals you can see and pet. There is a great inside café where you can buy some of their cheese and chocolates or get lunch overlooking the gorgeous hills and... More

Great location and somewhere to take the family. Milking freshian cows at 3pm. Beautiful cheese to taste or enjoy a cheese platter. Shame there's no liquor licence. Would have been nice with a glass of red... Lovely selection of chocolates as well as other lunch menu.

Lovely drive up to Gallo Dairy. Bought cheese (delicious) and handmade chocolates..... (loved the banana and walnut). Walked round to the young animals..just round to left as you come out of dairy. Calves, goat, pig also saw the cows being milked. Looked into the cheese making unit... watched a video of how they make the cheese.. All very interesting.

Nom nom nom :-) Totally love this place. Our second visit saw us eating breakfast (we lunched the first time) Staff are fab and efficient (and it was very very busy when we were there). Chocolate was sampled, cheese was sampled (and then resampled), coffee arrived, then the meal. Perfectly cooked and presented. We will be back. Many thanks
