The coffee is great but the chocolate and cheese are ok, nothing special when you are used to european cheese and chocolate and a bit over priced. It's a nice place to bring the kids though to see the cows and goats.

This is an interesting place to call in to. There are farm animals the kids will love and the cafe and restaurant is pleasant, albeit expensive. It's the sort of pace the Tablelands needs and makes a very pleasant stop on a tour of the area. I'd recommend you include this in any travel through that area. A note of... More

Love the food, the cow milking at 3pm on rotary dairy and animal nursery. Just ignore the smell from the cow shed and go in to the air conditioned restaurant and enjoy their locally made creamy chocolates, cheese platter and yoghurts.

I think any eatery must start with good coffee. They have a machine making it and its really bad. I've been there many times but will give it a miss until they get rid of that machine and make a decent coffee. There are so many good coffee growers around that they should support.

Very professional, the lovely lady at the counter explained all of the functions and features of the dairy and offered us cheese and chocolate tastings - she managed to do this without a trace of sales pressure. We bought some of the hand made chocolates and they are divine! You can view the chocolatier making the chocolates and there is... More

My 3rd visit for lunch, as always it was fabulous! Purchased some hand made chocolate and some amazing cheeses then watched the milking for the 1st time. Quite incredible, we have come a long way from sitting on 3 legged milking stools!

We went to Gallo expecting it to be good, but it was much much better than that! The staff were lovely and friendly and happy to help you choose the best chocolates to try/buy. We had a chocolate malt milkshake which was so beautiful, thick and creamy and they were very cheap for how big they were! We also bough... More

This is a really nice place to stop for lunch when travelling on the tablelands and is very close to Atherton. The staff are very friendly and very happy to allow tastings of cheese which is made on the farm. Lunch is great and the prices are quite reasonable. Last time I had the cheese platter which was really tasty,... More
