I went on this tour on a weekday after Cyclone Ita had passed. I did one dive and it was not good at all due to the low visibility, but no fault of the tour company. The tour company is just ok, the boat is nice with 4 bathrooms and 2 change rooms and quite a bit of room, however... More

The trip was appealing to use as one half of our group wanted to scuba dive and the other half were undecided still. They offer the option for you to see how you feel when you go down a few meters. Once you go past 5m roughly it's considered that you're committed so you then have to pay which works... More

Great day at the Great Barrier Reef! Went diving with Calvin, which was a great guide!! I was a bit worried on the way out because it was so bumpy and a lady fell and hurt herself but the response of the crew was incredible! Very professional!! When we got to the 2nd location we rode on the helicopter which... More

Even though at the start of the day the weather wasn't great and the sea choppy the staff on board were fantastic. They had free ginger tablets for people to take for sea sickness. The lunch was amazing! Everything was really well cooked and there was a lot of choice. The staff gave 100% all day. They were very concerned... More

We had a great day on the Great Barrier Reef. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Their equipment is very good. The two spots we dove in were great. The lunch was good. On the way back they had musical entertainment for us, which was a nice way to cap off a great day!!

My wife and I just snorkeled the Great Barrier Reef with Down Under. We were extremely impressed with everything - the great staff, the fantastic free food, the reef, you name it. Even though our trip was fully booked, the boat never felt crowded and it was very easy to get into and out of the water. There was also... More

What do you do, if you want to snorkel in The Great Barrier Reef, but you can't swim?? You seek the help from crew member Max from the company Down Under Cruise & Dive, who is my new hero. He helped me not only to get into the water, but took me on an amazing journey, where we swam with... More

We got this at a discount through BookMe for $212 AUD for 2 people on the "Snorkel Special" on the Osprey. GOOD - The boat is large (4 bathrooms, 2 changing rooms, plenty of outdoor seating) and is very fast. - While not personal at all, staff were nice and had a positive attitude. - The second reef we went... Vanessa was great with my somewhat scared wife when we were snorkeling, this service was provided as part of the tour & didn't have to pay any extra. The ginger tablets are given free unlike other cruises charge you for them. The whole day is set out well & they don't push you to buy anything you don't need. The... More

We finished up our open water with this group over a year ago. The ship was big with lots of snorklers, but the dive group was small. We got personal attention from our dive master and it couldn't have went better.
