We've done passion of paradise few days before the down under cruise. The reefs visited with down under is so much better than with passion.

We travelled as a family of three, two of us are non English speakers. The friendly crews were very patient with us, they made us very comfortable. My special thanks to Aaron, the diving coach. He was the best, and most responsible COACH I've ever met. We felt completely safe with him around. Because of this, I did the second... More

Booked the Osprey V Outer Reef Full Day, to include Introductory Dive package, Boat was full and seating was crowded, the snorkelling was crowded and did not look to be organised, the reef was great, the dive seem to be rushed not like the one I did in Egypt which was a lot better. Was looking forward to this trip... More

The guys on the boat are entertaining and really fun. They were soon mates with my boyfriend and were joking around having a great time. We snorkeled in two different locations, the second was definitely my favourite. Lunch was great- was surprised how hungry I was. The dive was my first, so although nervy, it was an awesome time. Got... More

The reef was a bit disappointing as clearly it is showing a lot of dead and dying coral. Also it would be good if they could better organise the snorkelling with more staff in the water to guide their customers to the 'best spots'

The great barrier reef speaks for itself, beautiful sites and I highly recommend the helicopter ride as well. But what surprised me and really made my day was the crew and the entertainment on the boat. There is a lot of travel time to and from the reef and the crew were so funny and entertaining that the time just... More

This is the third reef trip hubby and I have taken with Down Under Cruise and Dive, and again we were not disappointed. First time in Sept 2009 by ourselves, second time we booked with another couple in August 2010 and now we introduced the Great Barrier Reef to two other couples. After shopping around on the internet before each... More

I really enjoyed this trip, I have been on a few reef trips from Cairns but this was my favourite. We went to Saxon and Hastings Reef and they were both amazing. The staff are fun but also professional which made you feel safe.

Staff were amazing, they really make you feel welcome. It was great getting a chance to dive at 2 different sites (we were about as far out as possible on the reef). The lunch was amazing, the entertainment was great! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to do a reef tour in Cairns.
