Aaron, who was my divemaster, and the rest of the team and Down Under Cruise & Dive were truly top notch! As a certified diver who hadn't been diving since 2008, I was a bit nervous on the first dive, but Aaron gave me a few extra minutes on the surface before heading down to Norman Reef, which made all... Staff could not have been friendlier or more approachable! For the nervous / less confident swimmers life jackets and floatation aids are readily available and there are experienced guides in the water with you too if you wish to follow them. Lunch was delicious and Elvis singing to us on the way back was great fun! Might be best to... More

We had a great time on the reef with with the crew who are so friendly, they quickly picked up it was my Birthday & gave me a muffin with a chupa chup. I would definately recommend the 10 minute helicopter ride the view of the reef was amazing from the air. We also went on the submarine which was... More

the whole experience would have been excellent if these things have not happened:My boy has size 12 feet but when the staff looked through their flippers there was no suitable pair of flippers for him. I believe that size is missing on board. They have bad time management. My husband was waiting for the dive at the first reef so... More

I originally booked the PADI Open Water course, which involves two days in the pool and two on the GBR, but by day three I was hooked and booked three adventure dives for the fifth day. Sam, our instructor, was fantastic - professional throughout, and at the same time made the entire experience fun, even in the classroom sections. His... More

We loved our experience with down under reef tour. All staff were friendly, experienced, knowledgable and funny. Lunch was yum, snorkeling was enjoyable and the reef was amazing. Highly recommend seeing the reef with down under tours. Our whole family loved it (kids aged 9 & 13) and just picked up our photos and impressed with hubby's efforts.

We travelled as a family of three, two of us are non English speakers. The friendly crews were very patient with us, they made us very comfortable. My special thanks to Aaron, the diving coach. He was the best, and most responsible COACH I've ever met. We felt completely safe with him around. Because of this, I did the second... More
