Daintree/ Cape Tribulation with Fin of Billy Tea, an accomplished and informative Guide, an excellent if rather long day out covering diverse areas. Lucky to see a wild Cassowary with Chick. The Reef with Ocean Freedom, very friendly crew who try to make you feel a part of their ocean family for the day and who have great patience with... More

This was a long day...11.5hrs...but so much to see and do! Our driver,John, was "total entertainment"...besides driving he was tour guide and chef! He gave such interesting commentary on the areas visited..the land, it`s history, it`s inhabitants and it`s plants and animals. After a cup of tea/coffee we went on a Daintree River cruise...saw a couple of crocodiles in the... More

This day had an early start but was well worth it.We traveled to the Daintree River, went on a small boat down the river for 1 hour. Saw a mother croc. basking in the sun with her babies lying on her neck and head...........very CUTE. Freshwater swim in Emmagen Creek. Drove some of the 4WD Bloomfield Track. The tropical BBQ... So much to do so many tours. Which one to choose? Award winning and lived up to the expectations. Full day tour with value for money. Stops on the way, fantastic lunches and who can forget the feeding of kangaroos whilst waiting for lunch to be served. The tour guide was very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Tropical fruit... More

To taste EXOTIC FRUITS, some of which I had never been introduced to before, was a real treat for me. I also loved when we stopped in for ice-cream on the way back at a little place which sells ice-cream flavours you have never even tasted before! SOUR SOP was my favourite - absolutely brilliant - I wish I could... More

Be prepared to sit for a LONG time! The actual visit in the rain forrest was way too short. Nice time in the swimming hole with tasting of a variety of fruits. Yummy steaks, saussage and salads for lunch at the Kangaroo refuge. Our guide was wonderful - he remembered everyone's name and where they were from and introduced everyone... More

Thank you for your review. It is a long day to the Daintree Rainforest but unfortunately we are unable to move the rainforest closer. It seems as though you did enjoy the day somewhat and hope you learnt a lot about the rainforest and our area from the guide. Thank you once again for taking the time to sned this... More

We loved our Billy Tea Safari to the Daintree. Our driver was knowledgeable & friendly. We saw a cassowary, tried rainforest fruits & even swam in the crystal clear waters of the beautiful Emmagen creek (despite the dire 'Achtung Crocodiles' signs, there were no crodiles where we swam (at least we didn't see any)). The photos from this wonderful day... More

We had a great day out, our tour guide was very friendly and informative, from the moment he picked us up at our hotel it was a full on day. We got to see so much including the rainforest, a river cruise where we spotted some baby crocodiles and some brilliant coloured birds, we also got to swim in a... More
