Pretty nice venue for some al fresco dinner and drinks on a winter night. Waiters were nice and helpful whilst bartenders were generally snobbish. They have a $20 (I think) steak and frites offer but I would advise against it because they couldn't cook the steak right. The grilled Turkish bread and three dips were great for sharing. My tempura... More

The customer service was terrible. Coming from having worked in the hospitality industry for more than 15 years i can say that the customer service was horrible ( from some people) . The short brunnete lady with brown hair ( which claimed her name to be mattie smith ( which im not sure if she was pretending to be) gave... More

We tried here after a boat cruise a little while back as it was supposedly part of a hens night package. Bouncers wouldn't allow us in stating that the boat staff had said one of our group members was too drunk. Through further discussion with the lackey bouncer he couldn't give us an intelligent reason why, as there was no... More

Such a pity that a beautiful spot is wasted by a club like Fridays. Bouncers are very racist esp bouncer number 618, on 29/11 when we were entering the club he stopped my friend bcoz he was wearing a cap - fair enough- my friend took it off immediately, he still didn't denied us entry for no apparent reason,we were... After a few good experiences with the bar, brought my visiting friend from the US to show him a good time. The bouncer told us to wait in the corner to come in. We waited 30 mins and he told us we were too drunk. We had previously been into three bars and not had anything but two beers. Typical... More

I've been at this restaurant with some colleagues for dinner, honestly we landed here after being bounced back by all the previous restaurants on the Pier because of too many persons already at the tables... Anyway, the Fridays was almost empty and the overall atmosphere was a bit sad, it was tuesday evening and maybe in the weekend situation is... More

Don't bother with this place, nothing special !!! What management needs to do is hire more staff cause if you are after cocktail prepare your self to wait at least 20 min to get served and then another 10 min for them to make the cocktail ! So if you want to wait 30 min and pay top dollar for... More

Went for a friend's birthday. They had half price cocktails which was awesome. I ordered the eye fillett, the meat was good, sides were nice but the red wine jus tasted like heated vegemite. The view was amazing though. The prices for the meals were reasonable. My husband had the rump, but he was not too impressed with his steak,... More

Saturday nights here are mental. Younger crowd and has a nightclub feel inside, but also has a large outside area to sit and drink. Gets a large crowd. Overlooks the river at eagle street pier, awesome views!
