The Manly Village lifestyle attracts a global contingent of visitors seeking a gateway to Moreton Bay and all it has to offer. The Village has several islands located 4kms off it's foreshore - charter tours are freely available and depart from the jetty within one of the World's largest Marinas. Whilst Cambridge Parade provides a hub of up market bars,... More

Nice place to wander at the bayside. Cafes, pubs, and lovely local shops. Check out the weekend markets, and the annual Halloween Parade is an amazing spectacle!

We visit the village regularly when in town. On hot days its several degrees cooler than the city with bays breezes. The shops and restaurants are great. The pub is good as well. It really does have that village feel. Great views over the marina from the child friendly park. The Wynnum public pool is fantastic.

Well worth the train trip down, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing day out here. We also dined, drank coffees, walked, swam and just loved it all.

One of the closer bayside destinations within easy reach of Brisbane. The foreshore from Lota through Manly to Wynnum is great for kids as it has lots of playgrounds and flat cycle paths. There are also a great selection of restaurants, fish & chip shops, etc. Also worth a look is the Jan Powers farmers market which is on at... More

A true village with the best qualities of a small town where people and shopkeepers have longtime face recognition and friendly relationships. Despite the influx of population with housing developments in nearby suburbs, Manly has kept its village feel and remained a comfortable place for walking, sightseeing, sailing, informal dining and shopping. The weekend Manly markets with fresh regional produce... More

Manly is not so much a beach, rather a seaside village with a very attractive boat harbour. The Esplanade is a lovely area with lots of walking paths which is a mecca for walkers and dog owners alike. The Jan Power's Farmers markets held each 1st and 3rd Saturday (6am - 12 noon) is very popular and the Esplanade can... More
