I often sneak into the Library and make a nest in the cafe or in some quiet nook to get on with some work. There is free wifi, a great cafe, and it's a lovely library to wander around in itself.

We enjoyed seeing the exhibits at the library. It's not a first-choice destination but if you have time, it's worth a stop.

Our kids LOVED this library. They didn't want to leave. So much fun stuff - apart from books for them to do in the kids area. Friendly helpful staff!

SLQ is a special place in Brisbane. You have the library with it's exhibitions, the river, several cafes and the museums next door. No cars, great with the little ones. Southbank with the playgrounds is 400 yards away. Enjoy
