I went to the Gabba in late Feb 2015 to see Ireland play the UAE The match was terrific. After about six hours of play it all came down to the last few balls and Ireland won by two wickets in the last over in an absolute nail-bighter. It was very tense until the very end. The crowd was great... More

This is the place to be for Cricket and Footy fans in Brisbane. Always a good atmosphere and great service.

Watched England get demolished in the Ashes, but the atmosphere is the ground was excellent, plenty of food and drinks outlets selling the relatively weak Castle lager to ensure you last all day. Event perked up by a brawl in the upper tier where unfortunately the victim was ejected.

This review is not about the cricket match, which was fairly ordinary with the English Cricket team running over the Indians..it was all over by 7pm which gives you an idea of how it was. As in many stadiums, the seats are jammed together and are not particularly comfortable for a long sit. We were in the member's stand and... More

This venue is amazing! Saw my first cricket match and it was awesome! I highly recommend as it was a new, clean, well appointed venue. Food and drink options were plentiful. The team played well and had a fun atmosphere.

Was on holiday visiting my son in Brisbane and he got us tickets for a Big Bash cricket match at the GABBA. First thing you notice is that public transport from anywhere around Brisbane and return is included in the ticket price, we had a 25 train ride and 15 min bus ride all included. The stadium is tremendous with... More

We have bought tickets here for the big bash last 3years, unfortunately quality has dropped significantly every year, too many people, not enough tables and substandard food this year (2014) will not be back

It was an amazing experience. I watched the Australia vs South Africa. I visited here sometime in 2013 but the earliest i can do the dates on here was Feb 2014. I got something signed by Brett Lee(Aww Yea). It maybe needed a bit more cleaning but out of all, AMAZING!!!!

For $100 each, the B105 Luxe Lounge was excellent. Air conditioned comfortable bar, drinks were reasonably priced, some complimentary activities going on including live music, some very decent finger food before and during the game, and great seats outside plus clappers available. Arrive early to get a window seat indoors.

It is disappointing that there are very few guided tours of this stadium. Fortunately we were able to call in with free admission to Sheffield Shield games.
